Not only is this our home store, it is also our favorite store because the staff are so friendly and helpful. Every shopping experience over the years have been very positive. Today was ESPECIALLY good which is why I feel motivated to all write a review! We were given friendly greetings by no less than five sales associates with big smiles and received absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service from their sales associate Mary Clare who spent a lot of time with us going to different sections and finding colleagues who were specialists to make sure we were properly serviced and all of our questions answered.

The employees in the paint department are so helpful, kind, and we loved their sense of humor. Showed us exactly what we needed within our budget and told us what not to buy (big headache averted). We had never painted a room before, and were so glad we listened to their advice. Our kitchen turned out perfect!

I ve got problems with 100$ off for first purchase in-store when apply homedepot creditcard. I ve came back to store at Oakville where I purchased tool for that promotion. I ve met Jamie ( 1 of store manager). I explained to him what happened with my order, and my problem done rightaway.

I recently visited Home Depot in search of double-sided sticky tape for a specific application. Initially, I faced difficulties finding the right product and received limited assistance from other associates, which was quite disheartening. However, my experience was completely transformed by an associate named Sue.

Sue, who was diligently checking in on customers, approached me to offer her assistance. In less than 30 seconds, she not only grasped my needs but also guided me to the exact product that was perfect for my application, and it was very reasonably priced too.

What truly stood out was Sue's rapid understanding of my situation and her eagerness to help. Her expertise and customer service skills were exceptional, far exceeding my expectations and turning a challenging shopping trip into a very positive experience.

I also want to mention that I attempted to complete the Home Depot survey on my receipt to commend Sue's excellent service.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the online survey system, as it did not recognize my user ID and password despite multiple attempts. I believe this is an area where corporate attention is needed to ensure customer feedback can be easily and accurately provided.

Nevertheless, my appreciation for Sue's outstanding service remains undiminished. It is employees like her who enhance the shopping experience at Home Depot, making it memorable and worthwhile. A huge thank you to Sue for her professionalism and helpfulness.

The garden section looks fresh and has a plenty of varieties. All you need to enjoy your garden during spring and summer in Canada.

The store in general is not busy, and has lots of parking spots available.

Had a fantastic experience at Home Depot this Thursday, all thanks to Albert! He was super welcoming and patient, spent lots of time guiding us through aisles and explaining everything we needed to know about the products for our driveway repair. His advice was spot-on, saving us time and making our decisions much easier. It’s not every day you come across someone so knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help. Big shoutout to Albert for making our shopping trip a breeze. If you’re hitting up Home Depot, finding Albert is a must. Thanks for the top-notch service!

I bought some painting brush today, but I needed to return due to wrong brand.
Easy to return the wrong product and the Home Depot staff are very helpful and no hassle to return items.

I would like to thank front desk staff member Nora who had my cellphone that I’d left behind in the lightbulb aisle. She saw me walking with lightbulbs in my hand and asked if I’d lost my phone. I didn’t know yet that I had! Many thanks for letting me avoid that unhappy discovery. 😁

We just left Home Depot and purchased a new washing machine with the help of Imran. Imran was very professional, thorough and courteous. He explained everything very well which lead us to purchase our new washing machine after visiting many places and doing our research. Thank you, Imran for all your help. It has plenty of options for each area of home improvement. I got what I needed and was able to return an item that I purchased earlier, though I didn’t have the receipt.

Victoria that works in paint department is very knowledgeable with paint, she really knows her stuff. She provided me with many options very quickly and recommended me the best products for my range of budget. She’s honestly one of the best employees I’ve had interacted with at any Home Depot so far. Went in looking for a bathroom faucet, hugh place and walked right to the back following bathroom sign, tginking in my head where are the faucets, an employee poped out of nowhere and asked" anything I can help you find", I replied Bathroom Faucets, was close; very friendly and helpful and in and out under 5min

I will say management is very polite and they fix your issue. I bought a product and when I went home I opens it was not meeting my requirements. When I went to returned back a girl name is Mehak denied to take it back when I requested can I talk to your supervisor she said I am the Boss here…I decided to leave the product there and start coming back and then I decided and said to girl can I talk to the manager here and then she talked with manager and returned my money back.
So I will say if anyone have difficulty to return don’t just talk to girl on counter talk with seniors.
