Healthy Planet - Oakville (403 & Dundas)

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. It’s one of my all time favourite stores. The prices are really good compared to other stores and they usual always have great deals going on. I love buying my oils from here, supplements, snacks and so much more! They have the best organic tofu at such a reasonable price. The staff here are very welcoming and knowledgeable! I just love healthy planet 😄

Nabila and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The team here is attentive and they work hard to provide customer focused solutions to inquiries. The store is always clean and well-stocked. Produce selection is small but the prices are good and the products are always fresh. Supplement selection is excellent, with full line selection for many high quality and best brands. Gluten free selection is good and keto selections are increasing. Frozen and refrigerated foods are competitively priced with a good selection.

As a regular customer I really appreciate their sale selection and rewards program.
I highly recommend this location. They are easy to find and close to the 403. Parking is ample. Staff are wonderful if you need assistance to your vehicle or order ahead for contact free pick up. Watch for in-store events.

This is my most-frequented location as it’s closest to my residence. They carry an awesome range of products which means I often find precisely what I’m looking for.

LET ME TELL YOU! - This healthy planet (as they are still renovating) is the best location in terms of customer service, employee interaction and satisfaction. I always go to this location for my protein/supplements.

Kirti the manager! (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was able to somewhat honour the price for me as the item was expiring literally a week from today but mentioned to me that the ONLINE sale price was different from their IN-STORE sale price but still went above and beyond during the transaction to help me. Shoutout to Uma as well who always has a smile and is very helpful.

I also want to highlight for the COMPANY that if you are selling an expired product and offering it for one price ON YOUR WEBSITE..as a consumer why should it be different from IN-STORE!? The protein was going to expire in April. I’ve ordered online from this company and it takes 2 weeks for you to get your order lol so we as consumers are suppose to get pre expired products and on top of that wait? It seems selfish as a company and looks like you want to pump your ecom dollars. That needs to be looked at but despite that Kirti and the whole team was amazing and that store deserves a lot of Recognition for how they operate and accommodate. I left extremely happy and even got blessed with a shaker bottle for my gains.

Its a great store to buy supplements. The staff is knowlegable and help out nicely. I tried the Comprehensive health test offered by Dario using the hair sample. It was fast but I was suprised at the accuracy of the test. It covered levels of vitamins, minerals, food sensitivities amongst others which helped me in isolating things to improve wellbeing.

Received great customer service by Nabila. The staff here is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I'll definitely be a returning customer :)
