Le Village Suisse - Chalets

My family just returned from our four day ski trip, where we stayed at Le Village Suisse for our third time. The chalet had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The fireplace was cosy and enjoyable on the cold days. Management was very responsive to our questions. Best of all was the proximity to the regional park. Lots of great skiing and snowshoeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Where the living is easy. Cozy, well-equipped cottages within walking distance of a cute village with great restaurants, boutiques and a fabulous bakery. Lots of privacy and access to a heated pool and hot tub. Come alone, come with friends/family who can all have their own cottage so everyone has their intimacy. Hiking, rock-climbing and the renowned Petit Train du Nord bike path literally right there. Highly recommend.

Perfect resort for a getaway from the city. Swiss-style cabins are all cozy and well equipped with everything you 'll need, and the resort has it all: lakefront views, pool, jacuzzi, lots of mountain biking and hiking paths at the Val David regional park right next door, not to mention the quaint yet vibrant Val David city center just a few minutes walk away, with it's interesting restaurants and shopping. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

It is perfect location to go as a family with kids. Our kids just enjoyed being there. They have an amazing pool (heated), hot tub and a nearby park where kids can play all day long. In addition, they offer bikes to explore the area. The chalet is not luxurious but has a very good value for money. It is well equipped and cosy. The place is pet friendly and kids love the cats and dogs around. Plus, all the shops and grocery stores are at a walking distance.

Excellent location, ski-in distance to cross-country skiing station, 15 minutes to Saint-Sauveur downhill station. It's not a fancy, luxury place but rather rustic and still quite charming. It's 5 minutes from all amenities, very convenient. They did everything to make sure we had a good time. We loved our stay!

We had an amazing experience.

The village is located right beside the regional park gates. The hotel even offers complementary passes for all guests to access and use the park free of charge. Wow!!

Communication - hotel management reached out to us with a few very helpful emails leading up to our visit. They helped to inform us of all of the Covid protocols to maintain and pleasant and safe visit. They have also gone above and beyond to ensure safe visits for all guests.

Anytime we needed anything we could send an email and would receive a reply within a few minutes.

The complementary bread that was received twice during our visit was also delicious.

The cottage itself (Le Alpes) was also lovely. The interior was spotlessly clean. Everything in the place was perfect and we had everything that we needed. Radio, TV, blue ray, fireplace and wood included, bbq with gas. The kitchen also has everything that we needed to cook clean and dine.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft.

We highly highly recommend to anybody looking for a fun, relaxing, outdoor vacation.

Resort amenities are perfectly suited for my family with lots to do and the pool / hot tub is especially a nice touch as well as the lake access. The attention to detail in the cottage makes the stay away from home feel just like you're at home but on vacation.

Rustic and charming. Don't expect everything to be new or a mint on your pillow, but for a fun, inexpensive place to take the kids, this was a pleasure. The service was polite and helpful and we all had a wonderful time. The kids have been asking us to make this an annual holiday, and we are already booked for a second visit. I'll take the quaint atmosphere of this little gem over a modern hotel room any day!

I rented the Luzern Cottage for a long weekend with friends and our two dogs. We had a lovely time, enjoying the spa on-site and the fireplace in the cottage. The staff was very nice and the services great. We event got free bread on Saturday morning to go with our breakfast. I would recommend the Village Suisse to anyone who wants to discover the Laurentians.

This beautifull swiss in was one of our families most appreciated lodging on our travels through Quebec,Canada. I must say that the french culture was at its finest with our hosts at the hotel who were very friendly .helpfull and allway abailable to help us with the many request from our family.The property and natural settings in the Laurentions was so relaxing and comfortable for all of us. Our rooms were very clean and had a touch of class in the decoration and furniture..We are booking in advance for another visit in October when the leaves change colours and are well in knowing we have these excellent accomodations...Thankyou so much from myself and family for being so accommodating and going the extra mile to help us with our numerous requests. BRAVO TO THE OWMERS AND STAFF AMD THANKYOU AGAIN FOR A GREAT TRAVEL EXPERIENCE...

We rented "les Alpes" this year for the 7 of us. It was great. Kids and adults loved the canoe, kayak, the fire pit, the newly renovated pool, the jacuzzi and the great owers! Always ready to help! It was our 2nd year there and it won't be the last. Thank you!

Cozy and inviting atmosphere within proximity to cross country trails and snowshoeing. I particularly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace for the ambiance on those cold winter nights!

Nice old fashioned chalets. Minutes from the center of Val David and many trails for hiking or cross county skiing.

Great chalet located in Val-David. I was so enamored by the chalet and location that I'm sure to come again.
