University of Calgary

I like this place. The food court has pretty decent food. There are a bunch of places to study. The staff does a good job at maintaining and keeping the building clean. The campus is quite nice and has a bunch of activities near by.

So proud to see that the school doesn't tolerate these student protests. For a parent to pay all this money to have students lives disrupted for a small minority that are discriminating against jews is not right.

Great university and campus! Very nice faculty and overall great atmosphere. The cafeteria is also very nice!

During our visit to Calgary, we had the opportunity to experience a drive through, and it was truly impressive.

I visited UCalgary in June from the other UC - at Berkeley. My Calgary friends (MS, PhD) tell me this is a high quality school. My Berkeley faculty adviser, an Antarctic specialist, later came to UCalgary as department head, so I figure the school has high standards. It was very convenient to use the C-Train to get there from my friend's place. Universities always have stressful expensive parking woes. I didn't check on that and just took mass transit which I always prefer and support anyway. The university had a lot of expansion construction going on. Beautiful large campus. Plan to ice skate with the spirits of champions at the Oval on my next visit later this year from California.

UofC is a rich intellectual space for social, entrepreneurial, scientific research and development.

Beautiful campus especially in summer, nice to walk around, active and busy place.

Stated multiple times as one of the top universities in Canada. I interned at the University of Calgary in the ICT building at the SMILE Lab. I found the university to be really spacious and beautiful in sync with the natural beauty that Calgary has to offer. The university has a huge gym, olympic sized stadium and multiple hostels inside the campus. There's campus security all over the clock.

I got my degree here, at UofC. There could be a lot to say but this is a simple review. It is a nice modern university with likely a lot of modern services and courses. They have been putting a lot of resources into new buildings and services to modernize the university. They have awesome sport complexes and good dormitories. Food options in Mac Hall are also great with a variety of cuisines available. They host concerts and other entertainment events in Mac Hall helping to promote university life. I enjoyed getting my degree here but I also did not go anywhere else.

I graduated from U of C in 2014. This is a very well reputable place to do research in. Lovely and safe city

Well it was very pleasant and very pretty area. Very clean. A lot of good stores in the area. There's my first time being in this area. I was there today volunteering with the kidney foundation raising money for the kidney foundation plus the kidney March. It was very fun. We were in a little grass area with benches. It's it was a beautiful day. It was right across from the children's hospital, the new one. I don't know what much to say about this place but it's beautiful area very nice. I've met a lot of nice friendly people today who live in the area and they're very happy with the area of being clean and very respectful people and everybody connects and that's good. That's a good neighbor area to have and a good community so it was nice and we raised a lot of money today for the kidney foundation and the kidney march or back there again tomorrow for the same thing

An outstanding place to acquire skills and it's learning environment is awesome.

U of C- a great opportunity for others, but unfortunately my son didn’t think so. He dropped out after 4 years studying business…

I enjoy visiting Universities, and this one too

It's hard to describe how much the university means to me. I've had the best years of my life at this place, found my passion and seemingly secured a great future, and met friends that I would consider family. For prospective university students: the university experience becomes the absolute best if you fully commit to it. I know people that go to university and haven't had nearly as good an experience as I have because they didn't commit to it. Go all the way in and you'll have the time of your life.

Visited the Olympic speed skating oval on the grounds of the University of "Calgary and witnessed practice speed skating group in action. Open to public if one désires to skate on the famous oval!

The University of Calgary is winding down its spring session and getting ready for convocation in a month - hopefully fully in-person! The campus is starting to get greener and warmer with the longer days, the geese and ducks are returning and as entitled and ornery as ever. Construction, growth and change abounds at the main campus. Masking mandates are set to expire soon and all hope that we continue to improve in health and happiness as we grow beyond the hard lessons and challenges of the last 2 years. Its an exiting time to be part of the University of Calgary... everyone seems ready to Start Something. !

A lot of the buildings are older but they're constantly renovating and their new buildings are all amazing! Super professional and friendly place. Every prof I've had here and met outside of lectures since graduating has been phenomenal. It's obvious why this place is so respected and reputable
