Carpet & Sofa Cleaning by Z & U

It was the worst sofa cleaning experience I have ever had. Everything started pretty good except from the fact that the cleaner was talking on the phone all the time while cleaning my sofa. Two days after the sofa was cleaned and dried out I noticed that pillows were still dirty. I called this company to re do the job and they scheduled me for the service for 4 days later.

At the day when they supposed to come and redo the job no one showed up, I called the company, and at this point fun part started. First I was told that my sofa was already cleaned that day, then I was told that the driver on the way. Then the cleaner reached me out and told me that he did everything what he supposed to do previous time and not going to come etc. I called the office again, and they promised to figure everything out. At this point I lost all the hope that they redo poorly completed job, but the cleaner reached me out again and told me that he will come whenever he is in the area, so basically I guess he expected me to sit and wait for his arrival.

I called the office again 3 days later, and explained all the story again, they promised to propose solution within 48 hours. 48 hours later I called again and my phone number was blocked:) I called from other phone, quickly chat with dispatcher and they hang the phone and quickly blocked my second phone

I would repeat, it was the worst service and customer experience I ever had, I strongly encourage you don’t use this agency

Worst customer service ever, money wasted. DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL
After the service from this company my sofa was covered with brown spots all over it. I asked multiple times to come and do the cleaning again and this was promised to me several times however no one showed up. After that I asked to give money back, however they still promised to come and redo the job and no one came. That was going on for 2 weeks back and forth
I tried to call today and looks like my number is blocked now by this company.
If you want good service better go with other company, who might charge more but will do a better job
