Max Convenience Store

Very clean store, I think of of the best I’ve ever seen. Great service and the products are fresh and the pricing is good.

Horrible horrible customer service. Owner started yelling at me for putting a loaf of bread back on the shelf wrong. I tried to tell him that the loaf was expired but he kept yelling. Then the swearing started as he told me to get out of his store and that was the end for me. I told him exactly what I thought of him and left. Now I’m in this store probably 3-4 times a week and this is how he treats regular customers. Simply disgusting.

Super bad experience. My father in law had never been to any Convenience store before since he landed in. He was looking for a Japanese or Chinese style folding bamboo fan. I knew convenience store doesn't carry this normally. But It was his first time he wanted to see a convenience store and I didn't want to say no. The guy at the store was so rude. We spent 2-3 minutes in the store and about to leave. The guy asked me what we were looking for. I told him a folding fan. He got mad and asked us to get out. I asked him what was wrong and tried to argue with him. But he didn't apologize and ask us to get out.
At the time of writing this review I still was unable to figure out why. Man, we are quiet and shy people. You don't bully people like this. I don't want to fight with you. All I can do is this bad review.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!!! I called to get directions the store owner was extremely rude and literally hung up on me as I was in the middle of asking a question as I was going to come there to give him a lot of business. I guess he doesn’t care enough for the business so I suggest to avoid going to this place at all costs if you want to avoid being treated horribly!!!
