Decent place but slow service

Never coming back here until you guys fire that rude cashier who did the 3PM shift yesterday

Was very hostile to me over one of the coupon redemptions for the Circle K Rock Paper Scissors. First when the coupon worked, he said it didn't and said he wanted to only scan one when the coupon was a Buy one get one free...than he said "I don't want to deal with you ever again"

Poor customer service...if you are in the area head up to the street to the one at Major Mackenzie as staff over there are very polite and nice...

this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life, I was at the store today to buy e-pads juice and I wasn't sure which one to get so I asked the cashier and he said take this one after I showed him what kind of Vype I have and when I left to my car I opened the package and it was completely the wrong one, I went back inside right away and told the guy he gave me the wrong one, he got mad and went to the other cashier his name was THIRU, he came to me and said he can't change it for me because it was opened and he got mad in front of the customers after explaining to him the situation he kept saying the manger will get mad at him if he exchange it for me even though it wasn't my fault, THITU refunded me the money and kicked me out said go get the one you are looking for from somewhere else.I was really polite and I didn't say anything rude to him. i was humiliated in front of everyone I can't believe that this is how you treat your customers I would never come back again and I'm sure everyone else who witnessed what happened today would think the same about this store.

I had an absolutely horrendous customer service experience here with the manager named Joseph. I was filling up gas while my child was in the car and my other daughter was inside the store to grab something from tim hortons. The pump was not allowing to me to pay for gas despite trying once already. I was waiting a couple minutes for my daughter to come back so that i could go pay and the rude manager comes outside to knock on my window yell at me to pay- which i was going to do anyway. I go inside 30 seconds later as my daughter comes back and he starts yelling at me and treating me terribly. I told him he was being rude and this is no way to talk to a customer and he yells "I DONT CARE." suffice to say im NEVER coming back to this terrible pump and i suggest you don't either.

The older man at the Esso gas pumps during the day is very rude, but the staff at Tim Horton's is friendly enough. Please get rid of the old man, he should not be dealing with the public.

Cashier that does the 10pm shift doesn't know how to prioritize which customer comes first.
