Enduro Sport

We recently visited Enduro Sport in search of a new bike. The store impressed us with its well-organized layout and diverse selection, which included swim accessories, wetsuits, bikes, running shoes, and more. Our experience was made even better by the assistance of Michael, who displayed extensive knowledge about the products.

Although the two specific bike models I was interested in were not in stock at this location, Michael took the time to provide us with some excellent alternative recommendations. Additionally, we had questions about the various smart trainers available in the store, and Michael patiently explained the differences between them. He discussed how your bike is set up on each trainer, the potential wear and tear on your bike with use of the trainer, and the unique advantages of one over the other. This information proved to be highly valuable.

Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised to be invited to an event scheduled for Saturday, September 30th, which we are eagerly looking forward to attending.

Knowledgeable and understanding staff members, with a professional environment. You are instantly greeted by any employee who walks past you to ensure you are being looked after while in the store. Top notch service and advise.

Did a bike fit with Scott and it felt like we had known Scott for years. He was very interested in our cycling journey and felt like he was invested in making sure we get the best experience out of the sport we enjoy so much. All of the staff I have interacted with are experienced multi-sport athletes which has gives them a ton a credibility and has been very helpful as a newbie triathlete where there is a plethora of gear and options to consider.

I consulted with Enduro Sport for my bike purchase last fall and also bought a 2XU wetsuit from them. They have a great selection of gear and also organize a bi-annual gear swap event at Leaside Memorial Gardens which is a great way to get used gear.

There is a reason Enduro Sport has an almost perfect 5 star review. It is because the service they provide is simply second to none. I recently purchased a gorgeous gravel bike from Enduro Sport but when fitted, it simply didn’t work for me. Numerous attempts were made to make this bike fit my somewhat unique fit requirements but after exhausting options Chris told me it simply wasn’t possible. There was no pressure whatsoever to return the bike but thank goodness another bike was found that could work for me. Honestly the patience shown by the staff was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and I’m so pleased with the new gravel bike I came home with today. I can’t recommend Enduro Sports enough. Thanks Chris for all your help.

went in to look for a road bike for a friend. One of the staff members helped us for over an hour, super helpful. They have good selection of road bikes, both new (Cervelo, Trek, Argon 18) and used. They also have big selection of triathlon-related stuff.

I recently got an Argon18 Greymatter delivered from EnduroSport. Had a small issue with the bike upon arrival, but they quickly sorted it out. They even covered the cost of fixing it at a local bike shop and refunded me. Despite the glitch, they were super professional and understanding. Overall, really happy with their service despite the hiccup. Highly recommend EnduroSport for their great service!

Fast, efficient service - bike was ready early (somehow you guys had a 61cm frame in stock! I'd just about given up trying to find one this year).
