Store was clean and tidy, including the parking lot! The employee I dealt with was polite and cheerful. The print stations were clean and all in working condition. Was a very easy process. My only complaint is that it costs me $0.16 to print one page, so when I request a printed receipt, it prints out on the same paper as the one document I printed out. Seems like a waste.

I got my printing done pre-wedding and post-wedding here. I printed wedding signs and thank you photos cards here. Both times I've received exceptional customer service by Raj. He was patient and tries to understand my needs and recommend the best solution for me. He even recommend which pen to use to have the best result. He's a lifesaver!

Had to print out some custom stuff for a birthday party and I was helped by Karen. Not only did she help me with the scaling but she personally made sure I was happy with the result! I appreciate that so much. Huge thank you Karen!

This location has the most helpful, pleasant staff when it comes to shipping items and the Service ON (no wait for health card renewals) got there at 9:45am, not a single person ahead of me.

Looking for pouches and badges for one conference, these people helped me out and solved my problem in getting my stuff.

We recently visited this Staples and had a wonderful Customer Service experience.
The whole team was very helpful but I would specially highlight the work of their employee “Raj”. He helped us with our various needs like ID photo print, Document printing & other services.

I needed some help which required patience & time, and he handled the situation very calmly.

I would say Raj went above & beyond, and for this experience, I would visit this place again. Please pass this message to him as well.

The BEST Staples in Toronto for Print + Marketing services (and I’ve tried several). Special shoutout to KAREN who was so caring in helping us print a poster as a gift for Mom. She tried to get it done faster, updated us on the progress, and even found my sister browsing in the store to tell us it was ready. On top of that, this location has a clean easy layout, with fancy new machines. Also, not as busy as other stores. Thanks to the staff who were very knowledgeable, and with positive vibes. Convenient, wonderful experience!

It is one of the best Staples stores I have ever been to. It is very spacious, clean and has a welcoming environment.Most of the staff is attentive and polite.
My first experience here was a memorable one.
The customer before me spent an awful long time arguing and asking questions from a store employee about whatever he was trying to buy and walked away without any purchase. The store employee started talking to me afterwards and I quickly started the process of purchase as I had already decided what I was buying. When the earlier customer returned to ask more question in the middle of my transaction, the store employee, who already seemed annoyed by that customer's behavior, completely shunned him without taking his attention from my transaction.

Great help in person from Raj for two large poster prints with foam core mounting and gloss finishes. He was able to liaise with the print office to ensure it was done in one day (in time for a wedding). Many thanks to Raj, really doing what he can to help customers out

I really enjoy this store across a range of services. Several interactions with staff who are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient (a sign of a well-managed store). Just bought another laptop there from a broad and well-priced selection. Recommended. 👍👍

My online order of brochures did not work out, and the whole team including the manager, Steve, worked very hard to correct it.. I so appreciate how much trouble they took. Fantastic customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly tech employee, Areeb, at Staples while purchasing a new laptop. His expertise and dedication truly stood out, making my shopping experience both enjoyable and productive.

Strong all around customer service! Arrived, two staff immediately looked up and acknowledged me, with a friendly hello, sadly quite rare these days. One of them, male presenting 6', gently informed me that the store would be closing soon. I made some self-serve copies, needed help clarifying the menu and someone came for a brief assist. Manager Steve (cool Italian frames!) was patient to listen to my colour printing question, offered to print a few samples and didn't rush me to leave before I had all 8.5 x 11" sheets cut. I was offered a bag, but didn't need one, again, a kind courtesy. A third staff, female presenting 5'6", was kind to answer my few questions about printing and did not ever make me feel rushed, even though we were getting close to their close time. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, the little things add up. I'll be back!

Went to this Staples for printing services and was really happy with the results. They were pretty busy when I arrived, but Karen was quick to help and super friendly. When I picked up the order, the results were great!

We were at this Staples location yesterday to exchange printer inks I had bought the wrong ones there a while ago and had lost the receipt. The young woman who helped with the return was excellent, the manager who processed it was very good, and the young man who helped me find the right ones was great. Excellent customer service at this location!

I worked with Marco (and later Dylan I think his name was) in developing custom paintings into posters for a tabletop gaming night. The employees were as enthusiastic about my projects as I was and the images they printed (gloss and laminated) came out beautifully in the end (a little trial and error to figure out the biggest images but they came out beautiful all the same). All in all I am extremely happy with the result and the players at the table were fully immersed in the events the paintings depicted.

I genuinely hope Staples recognizes the team they have at this Print and Marketing desk may very well be the best in the city of any company. Each employee and point of contact was professional in fixing issues that arose, and I feel compelled to give a shout out to Marco who kept me informed every step of the way. Each team member was excellent in the area of customer service, and I hope Staples recognizes the asset in the team they have employed here, as the experiences I had have locked me in as a customer for life.

10/10, would highly recommend for printing services, particularly those looking to amp up their tabletop gaming handouts!
