I am always impressed with Best Buy service. Full disclosure I have a Best Buy membership that has saved me thousands of dollars in repairs and time.
I bought an iPhone from an android and was having trouble with some features and pop-up messages. The sales counter took me to the Apple section were I met Ellie,, a genius. She took my iPhone and handled it like a Rubic cube, opening features and closing apps with agile fingers. I was amazed. Pop-ups gone and functionality improved. So if you are having repair issues talk to the manager.
Other times I call the Geek Squad and within 5 to 10 minutes I get a talented tech support person who fix my computer or printer issue remotely. Sorry to hear you are having technical problems but these were mine experiences. Talk to the manager or invest in their Geek program.

I went into the Leaside Best Buy today with a customer service issue, and it was resolved within minutes. I spoke with one of the store managers, Sue, who was extremely attentive, helpful, and nice; she helped me resolve an issue regarding a "trade-in" of my old MacBook Air. Brad from the "Geek Squad" department helped me install my anti-virus software on my new computer (which the location where I purchased the computer refused to do, even though I paid for it!). Overall, I had a great customer experience at this Best Buy location; we will be returning for all further tech needs!

I had an issue with my Oura Ring that I purchased online. I brought it into the Leaside Best Buy and received incredible service and support from Niro and Kim. They were so helpful, personable, kind, and professional. I’m so appreciative. They are all so knowledgeable here and can help direct you to products that suit your needs. It’s my favourite Best Buy location.

This place has a well laid out floor with all the electronics displayed according to their brands. TVs, projectors, kitchen appliances, keyboards, etc. they have it all.

Lots of parking as well so it was convenient to access as well.

Menelik was so helpful I bought my phone here he made sure I got the best deal, savings, even changed my phone plan and made sure I had a charger!! Helped me even though I showed up 10min to closing. Highly recommend going here & this dude deserves a raise!!!

The store is very organized, with a lot of parking space outside.

Items mostly are in stock. If not, the sales staff will help in placing the order online which gets delivered to your home with no extra cost.

The sales staff is knowledgeable, quick and goes the extra mile to help you with your requirements.

I have always shop at this store even though it is not close to my home. Last month I bought the Sony 50" TV from Alfred. Alfred provided the best service, best price and he went out of his way to help me out as I had initially bought the Sony 55" TV and had to change to 50". My delivery for 55" was for Mon and with new changes to the TV size and being Black Friday week the delivery changed to Fri. Alfred went extra mile in getting me TV delivered by Mon. Thank you Alfred for going above and beyond. I have recommended you to my bro, family members and friends. I would like to thank Yash from Geek Squad for amazing setup. Yash provided excellent service and helped to set up the DVD for my mom who is senior. He gave a great tutorial to my mother. Also last month, I had issues with my computer. Eric and Brad did excellent job in fixing my computer. I will definitely recommend your store and will continue being the customer.

If Any Store or lets say corporation has a manager or business leader Like Chris here at Best Buy Laird, you could do your shopping with close eyes! He just wipes out all my so so shopping experience with Best Buy with his understanding and professionalism! Thank to him to care about customers and their concerns. THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED.

Top notch service. I went in to buy a smartphone gimbal stabilizer and was out of there in less than an hour. Definitely will keep visiting.

Store is still open during Covid times and they have a really smart set up for social distancing. I went once to pick up an order I made online and then again to exchange the same item which had a defect. Both times the process took less than 10 minutes, the staff were great and everyone was super respectful of keeping their distance.

The store is clean and the staff greeted me nicely upon entry. They do have music section here! Markville location did not have that.

Amer was a great help today!! He helped me pick out a washer and dryer and was super informative about the product, he made me feel comfortable with my purchase! Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend

Went to shop here some days ago. As I was entering, I was immediately greeted by an employee who then directed me where I needed to go for PS5s. Staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to come purchase what I came for quickly without any hassle or issues.

The store presents itself with a clean and organized look. Chris was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the store's inventory and helped me select the perfect mouse for my son's upcoming rainbow 6 siege tournament.
