Nice lady with the yellow cardigan, friendly and kind.
Came to the branch today to have some papers for a certain application, she asked what its for so she can give me the accurate document. I didnt even know that there is a specific type, shes very helpful. She even said goodluck, more people like her please!

I know everyone's experience is different but honestly I went in on a Thursday to make an appointment to talk to a representative about my RRSP account and was able to get an appointment the next day which is pretty fast in my previous experiences. The customer service was great. I ended up dealing with Kush who was a very friendly guy who knew his stuff and was able to help me as much as possible. I don't personally understand the bad reviews.

My advisor was KUSH PATEL. He was very polite and friendly. Helped me a lot with my financial goals.😊

Since I am new to Canada I found it very helpful as Sid Dewan gave me advice on living here. He also explained to a great detail on my banking as I am new to how banking works in Canada too. Brilliant service.

Usually I avoid coming here since quite frankly I do not feel received in a warm manner when I come however, after todays visit I will come back ONLY for Lily Au, what a rockstar. She is the asian equivalent of Oprah, I mean she is AWESOME. So kind, warm and helpful. I felt like she went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Give her a raise!!!
