TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Being my home branch, I am a regular there now. The service has been exceptional from opening accounts, to doing wire transfers, getting bank draft I never faced any issues. The staff is really polite and very helpful. Plus the branch is open late it gives me a chance to take care of my banking needs post my working hours. Thank you for your service!

Great customer service! I needed help with an interpreter, and I was able to find a Russian speaking lady. Svitlana was extremely helpful, she resolved all of the issues I had very fast. She was very professional!

Quite silly of me that I lost my wallet. Went into the TD at Yonge and Eglinton and the staff there were all so friendly and let me know the steps I had to take to get my banking cards replaced and such. Came back the next day during peak hours and although it was reasonably busy, the process was super simple and quick. Thank you all!

Overall a solid branch! The advisors who assisted me during appointments such as Omar, Irene and Anna were some of the kindest people I've worked with. However if you're going to be going to the teller to get any work done then I would recommend against it. While they are quite nice, the branch seems to be a bit understaffed so there's often quite a long wait for the teller.

I've visited this branch three times in the past two weeks and each time I waited 20+ minutes to see a teller. A flagship branch like this should clearly have more staff based on how long customers are waiting in line. Teller was friendly and helpful but the wait has been brutal lately. I prefer going to the location north of Davisville for faster service.
