The Taco Stand Taqueria Flat Rock

Honestly one of the best food places in Flat Rock. I go there a few times a week. Never had a bad experience.The food always tastes fresh. The prices are reasonable. The employees there are always nice and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone. If your looking for great food in Flat Rock. Come to this place.

I love this restaurant. I love their food good prices. I can feed everybody in my family for about fifty bucks. Taco fries are amazing. The taco bowl miss good, their case. It is my absolute fave, especially if the homemade guacamole. And salsa.

Family and I decided to try this place a month ago, and so glad we did. We keep coming back for their al pastor corn tacos, cheese quesadilla, carne asada fries, and chicken burrito! Personally, each item is a steal because of the authenticity.

This place is a hidden gem. It doesn't look like much at first from outside but the food is honestly amazing. Fairly priced, staff is very friendly. This may be our new Taco stop! ♡

Yum yummmmm. 10/10. I recommend trying this play. The corn carne as Ada tacos are YUM. Also tried flour chicken tacos. The asada fries were a big hit, too.

*I should note that we ate some of our food already before the pics were taken. My bf said the chicken quesadilla was “just okay, but good”

Great food and service... their street style burrito and corn tacos are the best... no matter which of their locations you go to, the food and service is great.

Authentic and affordable, they usually hook you up with sauce at no extra charge. Foods always hot and we've never had an issue or long wait for our food.

There are a couple tables in here but mostly it's for take-away. I had the Carbs Asada fries--Very yummy!

My husband is gluten free for medical reasons, so i am too. Today was our first visit. I asked about flour tortillas being prepared on the same surface as corn tortillas. The cook (who turned out to be the owner) said they were, but he immediately offered to clean the grill and promised to handle our food with care from cross contamination. That was amazing service and the food was awesome as well! 6 tacos, two sides of rice and beans, and chips and guacamole for 23 bucks was a HELLUVA DEAL!

My husband and I placed a carry out order here this evening and I have to say that we were both pretty impressed! This was our 1st time ordering here and the food was amazing! We usually get street tacos from Atwater but we will be coming here from now on instead, much better food and better pricing by far. We ordered a 10 pack of steak street tacos and they were packed with meat and goodies and they were delicious. We also ordered a couple of steak quesadillas to try and they were great as well. The chips were good, the salsa was good but needs a bit more flavor, maybe a little salt?
All in all we had a great experience and we will be back!

Absolutely incredible bowls with chorizo. Husband got the California burrito and he says the same. A must visit.

They could use some seating with umbrellas outside. Also, I do wish they had lettuce and tomato for toppings.

I recommend anything on the menu and the mandarin jarrito drink in the cooler. I also recommend looking over the menu and deciding on your order before going in because they are quick on the intake here!

The food is authentic, reasonably priced, and the service was efficient. I will be frequenting this place and recommend it to anyone who likes REAL Mexican food. This is NOT taco bell!

Great food. These are popping up all over in the Detroit metropolitan area. If you haven't tried them yet... you're missing out.
