AT&T Store

Had a wonderful experience at this store! They worked very well together, answered all my questions even some questions calling service couldn’t answer. Matt was who I worked with and he changed my mood completely from the moment I walked in. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He explained our service/phone issues in such great detail I now feel like a AT&T specialist! 10 out of 10 for this store! I will always go out of my way to go there for now on!

Oh my gosh, I CANNOT say enough about this store! So fast, so friendly and so helpful! Matt helped us today and he was so knowledgeable! He helped me pick out a phone for my daughter that was perfect for her. He showed me all the parental controls and how I could restrict what I’d like. He was so thorough and funny too! The best part though was that Boot Scootn Boogie by Brooks and Dunn came on and he knew the same line dance as me! He line danced with me right there in the store! He has a great singing voice too! Best trip to a phone store ever! Thanks Matt!

Matt has been very helpful and always has a smile and makes us feel important even tho we know nothing about our phones lol he is the best and ill definitely send my friends and family to him

ISAIAH was amazing at the Woodhaven store. All the years dealing with AT&T he was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, and curtious. The ease of the sale as well as his explanations, detail of the process, and of my new phone was flawless! No pushy fast paced selling.

Matt, the manager, was the most professional, friendly, honest and overall nice guy!! Clearly explained all options and details.

I had a very bad experience at the first AT&T store I went to in Monroe, MI and I was going to just go to another cell phone company but I knew there was this AT&T store in Brownstone, MI so I came here and I’m very happy I did the customer service here is outstanding they helped me out with everything I will continue to come back for sure, I’m giving all there of these employees five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I have had tons of issues with xfinity and switched to AT&T. I've had issues with getting my numbers over. The store manager Matt and the rep Jessie have been so informative and given such a phenomenal experience. Thank you so much for everything you have done. We'll be back l.

Isaiah assisted me was and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the best plan that suited my budget. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, which was a refreshing change from my previous experiences at other stores.

During the setup process, Isaiah was thorough in explaining each step and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the store.

Overall, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail shown by the AT&T store associate. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in search of excellent customer service and a great deal on a phone plan. Thank you for providing such a positive experience!
