Dollar General

This is not my local Dollar General, but I really like this store. Super easy and super quick in & out ... Very pleasant & helpful staff ... I've never had a problem w/needing something and the store being out of stock ... I've had a few occasions where I've carried something to the counter to purchase and the cashier asking if I had seen a similar/comparable item on the "seasonal" display table which would be 1/2 the price or BOGO of whatever I already had in my arms. I have nothing bad to say about any of the other Dollar General stores, but I have nothing but great things to say about this particular store in Flat Rock. 😃

Love the Flat Rock $ General! Have been a customer for 11 years now. The current Store Manager, Christine is the Best ever! She always goes the extra mile to make your shopping experience an easy and pleasant one! Store is convenient and friendly!

I love this place. I usually get gift cards here but rarely I buy bunch of food. The cashiers adore my squeaky voice a lot. Hehe yeee they are pretty cute at laughing to my squeaky voice. So nice and wonderful having a store I walk to every week =)

I love my dollar General, I'm there daily!! It's right across the street from me, so I get most of the best bargains! The young male manager is the best! Don't lose him!!!

I usually shop the Rockwood store but they have become completly unorganized and does NOT have the selevtion of items as The Flat Rock store. We shopped the Flat Rock store last week and I was impressed with their selection. Rockwood Dollar General, you better get on the ball and clean it up!!!!

The new manager Kim is doing a great job! The store is cleaner and neater than it has been in forever. Staff is helpful and polite.

Cashier and staff were very helpful, they even directed me to another Dollar general to find a cat litter pan because I couldn't find one there. Very clean and felt safe in there.

By far the flat Rock Dollar general is the best one in metro Detroit, it's clean and organized and don't have boxes laying all over👍
