Tim Hortons

I was going through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised at the service at the window. This young lady I believe it was Emily, was so kind hearted. She carried herself so maturely and always had a smile on her face! Service that great always makes the customers happy. I would prefer her to work every time I went through!

There was a young lady named emily I believe, and she was a very kind soul. She served me my bagel with such grace. What a kind young soul. Just amazing 😀😀😀😀

Very friendly and efficient staff. I've been here soo many times and my order has never been wrong . Busy location but surprisingly fast service.

This is an extremely well managed Tim Hortons. With a consistent line almost out the door, I was served quickly, accurately, and with a smile. I would visit this location before visiting the other one along the river. 12/10 very impressed.

Great accommodations and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room when we stayed. I must say though that it was rather odd that coffee was not available at the bar in the lobby when we were there for a conference. I also have to mention the one day we went to pool and it was filthy with straws and many things floating in pool. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned before opening, we just had drinks at bar and laid on lounge chairs and were disappointed that day we couldn't swim. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and staff were awesome! We will return.

I like to come here for a nice cruise. Great staff and always friendly. Just with they had out door seating.

We stopped here for a coffee n wraps by drive through, customer service is fast and amazing. Close to the river for fishing +

Clean and friendly. No mustard packets but ok. 8 people behind the counter chatting while the 2 of us just standing there waiting until I had to finally say "anyone"? 🙄

I tried a lot of Tim Hortons and this one is one of the best tasting. I don’t know how but I drive from Windsor to get food and coffee from here. The staff is doing an amazing job.

Walked in the store had not been there at that location for a couple months but he knew what I take in my coffee off the bat as the expression goes and I thought that is truly amazing which made me feel like at home uknow.
Unlike the other place run by robots.

Being the only Timmies in Amherstburg, I say it's pretty great. They have a super long drive-thru but it does get pretty busy!

Always friendly service and love that they have baked goods late at night. Keep up the good work!

Reasonably quick service rolling through the drive through mid day, normally busy in mornings.

Tim hortons smile cookies put a smile on my face every time I take a bit. Plus the profits go to a good cause!!!
