Small problem up front in the room, and I hope they can work on that.
Staff was amazing and attending to every detail. Just great people.
Management does things thoroughly; Pool is a families dream. Breakfast is a complete breakfast and more. Fitness Club is well maintained. Not the best "Curb Appeal" but don't let that fool you, the team is great here.

We always prefer to book a room here for an overnight stay. We never had any bad experience during our stays. I just want to say it would be nice to have a toddler disposable swim underpants available for purchase and use fresh eggs instead of liquid egg carton on cook to order omelette.

My family had a wonderful time here, the breakfast was above average and the pool has a nice big slide. Spacious, modern rooms. Will definitely stay again.

We were here on a very busy weekend there were tons of kids staying at the hotel. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Sunday morning they were out of pancakes and my daughter was a little sad but the man working the omelette station was so kind and made her strawberry flowers and an orange bear. He also makes delicious omelettes!
We had supper from Sherwoods that was delicious!!!
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with it being such a new hotel I was expecting to be able to watch Netflix on the tv.
We used to pool on Sunday and it was very clean with lots of towels (with so many kids using it the day before they must of been washing towels all night lol)

I put a note on my pre-registration for check in that it was our anniversary, and the staff put a super sweet little gift bag in our room! It had a lovely and thoughtful card in it, and it absolutely made our day! Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, including the man who, while trying to service the breakfast station, held the door for me so I wouldn't miss it.

Really nice and clean. The rooms are quiet and quite spacious with great prices. Pool is nice but a little bit dirty with hairs, and the breakfast is also delicious

With its heavy discharge, this water slide is definitely in the top tier of discount hotel water slides. The above average G-Force was a pleasant surprise for a single looper. Good things come in small packages! I give it a rank of #3 behind the old double looper of Brandon Clarion.

Everything was excellent, from the woman booking our reservation, to Front counter staff. Room was immaculate, beds very comfortable. BW Premier is now our hotel of Choice. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday and over all the hotel is great massive casino nearby liquor store outside the hotel and the rooms are clean and great the breakfast is good with a omelet bar and the service is also great as they help you when you ask.

Nice complimentary breakfast clean hotel all around. Friendly, hospitable staff. Love that they accept pets (pet floor). Hotel restaurant has a good dinner menu.

Friendly & clean atmosphere. Nice pool with water slide for the kids, and hot tub for the adults. The included breakfast has lots to choose from and they will even make you omelettes fresh! Ordered DoorDash and they were able to bring the order right to my room. We will be back!!

New hotel located on Regent. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms. A wide variety of TV channels as well. Breakfast that is included is easily valued at $25. Parking on-site makes it easy to pull up and park with ease. A Beer Boutique is conveniently located on the property and offers a wide variety of local craft beers, as well as most domestic brands. Water Slide in pool is a nice touch.

This is our servings visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, as are the hallways and dining area. The pool was good. Every staff member we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, dining area) were extremely nice and friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, next visit to family in Winnipeg

Wow. Just wow. There is service that is above and beyond and there is service that is to the moon! We travelled to Winnipeg to be with our mom having a hip replacement at the Concordia Hospital and booked a room at the Best Western Premier. The place is spotless, the breakfast amazing but what really elevates this hotel is the staff. I hope the management knows what a great team they have (special shout out to Shilpa at reception). Would give the staff 10 stars if I could. They asked about mom, were as concerned as our friends all were. Thank you all so much. Above and above and above and beyond!

Incredible hospitality, clean rooms, a great high-quality breakfast, an awesome restaurant downstairs - what more could you ask for? If you were looking for a place to stay in Winnipeg, consider this location. I was incredibly impressed with the staff, and the hotel itself. There’s a bunch of fast food in close proximity to the hotel. It is about a 30 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

I am sitting here eating breakfast, our 3 hotel from a 4 day move across Canada. I cannot express how amazing this hotel is!

It’s clean. It’s modern. It’s quiet. The pool… it’s AMAZING!!! Our kids sat for 8 hours and to let them just finally have fun and swim and slide it made my mom heart so happy! The pool is fabulous!

The beds are comfy! Room large and lovely! Our pets welcomed! And then breakfast… I was expecting a mediocre breakfast since it’s included but man… it was SO YUMMY! I cannot recommend this hotel more!

Only fault we found was low water pressure in the shower.

This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the atmosphere (decor, finishings, lighting, furniture, art pieces). Very clean also, and I didn't really hear any noises from my room. Great service from staff. The continental breakfast was really good. I will be staying here again.

Lots of things to do around this hotel. The pool was great and the kids liked the slide. Rooms were clean and up-to-date. The breakfast Buffett was great as well. Had an omelette bar which was awesome.
