Koolie Kondo #52 Timberline

We stayed at Koolie Kondo during the holiday season 2023, including New Year’s Eve.
We were so happy when we arrived and found a well appointed, clean and nicely decorated home for us to stay in. There were some nice touches with some candy and a bottle of wine left for us- very welcoming. There were six us in the group and we were extremely comfortable in this space.
The home is dog friendly and I was a bit concerned since I have allergies but they obviously clean really well since I had no issues at all. Well done!
It was a nice bonus to have in suite laundry and we enjoyed the in floor heating in the bathroom.
Although it wasn’t ski in or out, the location was nice because it was so close to the village and definitely walkable.
When we arrived at home, I realized I’d left an item in the Koolie Kondo so I contacted Phil. Through several texts we came up with a complicated plan to get my item returned to me. He was agreeable and definitely went out of his way to help me. Above and beyond!
After such a nice stay, it was “the icing on the cake” to be wowed by exceptional service.
Thank you to Koolie Kondo for such good memories of Sun Peaks / New Year’s Eve ⛷. We would not hesitate to return to Koolie Kondo.
