I am very happy with the rooms, service and location. My only remark is that the internet in the complex is slow. Everything else is at maximum ⬆⬆⬆

Warm and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and courteous folks taking care to ensure your stay is great.

The rooms are well equipped, cozy and we love the variety of cost effective configurations. Definitely our place to stay. The incredible aroma of the steak house wafting through the lodge after a day of skiing is grand.

Our family of 4 stayed at Sun Peaks Lodge for 2 nights in the summer. We had a beautiful, big, well appointed room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. The service was excellent and the hotel is about as central as it gets...right in the middle of the pedestrian village centre. There's even a keyed storage room downstairs for bikes or ski/boards. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location with amazing views, wish I planned to stay longer then one night.

There is only thing I would recommend, never ever follow your GPS and leave going left out of the parking garage. The street turns into a dirty logging road a little ways up and it will be down hill from there. If you hit a dirty road for the love of god TURN AROUND!!!!!

Our first time in Sun Peaks and we loved this hotel! They currently have a great cheap deal with BC residents this summer (I think it was $85/night) which was awesome. Due to covid, they did not have maid service daily but we did not mind - we could simply request new towels/linens if needed. There was someone working the front desk from around 11-7, but there was no staff in the other hours. This wasn’t a problem for us, but you do need to ensure you have your key card to get inside as the outside doors lock as a certain time (they make this clear when checking in.)

They have underground parking available it is very limited so I would definitely recommend requesting a spot ahead of time, and nothing bigger than an SUV.

Rooms were spotless, you could keep screens on the windows or open up the screens a bit which we loved. Bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc) all seemed high quality and smelled so nice which hotel shampoos usually don’t. Super comfortable beds and great pillows which I’m usually really picky about. No air conditioning, but they give you a fan which was perfect with the windows cracked open a bit over night. We stayed early August and weren’t too hot.

Great friendly workers and AMAZING food! The bathrooms were nice and updated and I loved the welcoming environment! Defiantly recommend staying here! (The food was absolute stunning, yumm!) And I couldn't believe how perfect the location is! The walk in village provided perfect access to everywhere on the mountain! The parking in the garage was small, but very affordable, and the parking outside had a great staircase coming from the main lobby to get great access. Overall an amazing experience!

Stayed two nights middle of the week in February. Not a fancy place, but good value for families or a ski trip. Free parking is close so don't pay for hotel parking. Things to improve: terrible quality body wash and shampoo. There was some hair on the bathroom floor upon our arrival. The TV is tiny and not centered in front of the bed. Avoid the steak house.

We only stayed one night for a wedding. Merrio (not sure about spelling) at the desk was most kind and accommodating. We were able to check-in a little early, and he was willing to work with us when we had some problems with the credit card. Everything worked out well, and he was professional throughout. The room was very clean and the lodge itself is in the heart of the resort. Bed was firm and supportive but still comfortable. There was no microwave in the room that we could find, but there is an electric kettle in the closet. The "porch" that you have is shared with about 4 or 5 other rooms (but there is a lock on your door to maintain privacy). You do hear the usual noise of people moving throughout the halls and sometimes outside. There is limited parking just outside the lodge for 10 CAD/day, underground parking for 15 CAD/day, and free (first come first serve) a few blocks away. There are shops and restaurants withing easy walking distance. The surrounding scenery is beautiful!

We experienced a very good service and all of employees were kind and nice specially Nadine. Their buffet breakfast with many kinds of foods and fruits and their steakhouse is unique in the village. After a hard ski in -20 temperature, their sauna and massage facilities are very helpful and great!

Great service, friendly staff, very accommodating, good storage downstairs for ski gear, excellent breakfast buffet, our tv was acting up in our room and the hotel manager Mario went above and beyond to fix issue in a timely manner. Located centrally on the pedestrian boulevard, within easy walking distance to all amenities. Ski from front door to lift!!!

Located right on the ski hill. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. We got delayed and had to check in late so they blocked off a parking spot for us and arranged to have the key to our room left out for us. Room was comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Only visited twice, a season apart, and three second was absolutely as amazing as the first - the Mountain runs, the facilities, the Mountain staff are in the realm of the best in the world. The restaurant, bars, stores and their staff are also welcoming, client focused, and part of the wonderful experience.

This hotel is centrally located in the village. Rooms are up to date and beds are very comfortable. There is a steakhouse attached to the hotel for dinner and it also offers a breakfast buffet in the mornings. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The place is in tip top condition and also they have the newly renovated Hefley inn .Which features semi kitchens.
The steak house restaurant will not disappoint.
