Me and my friend traveled to Egypt and Jordanie recently with GM Tours. I cannot say enough good things about our travel expert, Sally from GM Tours, who provided us with an amazing experience, a trip of a life time. Everything she suggested and organized was perfect, the easy transfert, the amazing hotels, the extraordinary knowledgeable guides and all the advice and support she provided before, throughout and after the trip. Sally was always available to answer questions and provided amazing suggestions to make our trip a memorable adventure. She is kind, very experienced and knowledgeable, service-oriented and always get back to us within no time, any day and time of the day. I would definitely highly recommended Sally and GM Tours:-)

We just got back from a fantastic trip to Egypt, organized entirely by Sally at GM Tours. I must say that this was one of our favourite trips of all-time! The itinerary that Sally put together for us was perfect in every sense, from the number of days spent in Cairo, Aswan, Nile Cruise and Hurghada, to the private guides and daily excursions. Sally also went out of her way to personally check-in on us on a regular basis while we were in Egypt to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Sally arranged a tour of Egypt for us and it couldn't have been better. My Husband and I used this travel agency to book our destination wedding, and our honeymoon. At first I was nervous with the idea of having a destination wedding as I am very picky on current things that I like and wanted. We booked our family reunion to Africa with Gmtours and it was amazing! This is our second tour with Sally, and we truly had a great time. Sally was meticulous in planning and very concerned about meeting all our needs on our wish list. She was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions, and believe me, we had a lot! She surprised us all with a welcome dinner, one that was not included in our cost. It was truly a fantastic trip, one with many beautiful memories. We all appreciate Sally's effort and will definitely be using Gmtours again.

Our agent, Lina Lococo Beja of GM Tours, booked us a January, 2023 trip to Cairo Egypt, with a side trip to Luxor. We were thrilled with the entire experience, from the 5-star accommodations at the luxurious Mena Marriot Hotel in Giza with a view of the Great Pyramid, to the excellent personally guided tours.

During our stay, we were met by our Cairo representative and led by our knowledgable guide to all of the highest priority sites: the Great Pyramids, the Royal Golden Museum of Mummies, Hatshepsut's temple, the Valley of the Kings, the Gayer-Anderson Museum, the Alabaster Mosque, The Hanging Church (Coptic), to name only a few of the fascinating historical locations.

Skilled drivers navigated the busy city streets, and we did not have to worry about anything. Every meal was taken care of, and our room at Mena was bright, clean and comfortable.

Finally, the pool at the Mena...world-class without a doubt.

This is our second trip with Gmtours. Our first trip was an Eastern European tour and second a European cruise. Sally organized a very comfortable, affordable itinerary which included hotels, transportation and private guided tours/excursions. Sally gave us her full attention and is full of knowledge. She responded to all of our e-mails in a prompt and professional manner. She also was readily available on the three occasions when we called GM Tours. In Egypt all of our guides and drivers were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Our accommodations in Egypt were great and the vehicles we traveled in were quite new and safe. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I was sent here from another agency to cover trip accommodations in exchange for a presentation, but I was not allowed to ask any questions, including questions about money I had already paid towards my reservation. Every time I started talking I was immediately interrupted and talked down to quite aggressively. Needless to say I am no longer taking my vacation, I will never in my lifetime allow myself or anyone in my family to come anywhere near this company. There's plenty of travel agencies out there, I strongly urge you to pick another one!

Extremely disorganized and very ineffective tour company. I went with them to Israel, in a tour. Very poor organization, bad choice of hotels, bad choice of guides. The itinerary went out the window after a couple of days, and many of the places mentioned in their official itinerary were not visited. Stay away from them.
