I ordered a pork vermicelli bowl via skip the dishes and it was delicious. The spring rolls were crispy and full of flavour and the deep fried pork balls were a nice addition. I would definitely order from here again, or stop by if we’re in St Albert.

Spring rolls were amazing. Tightly wrapped and nice portion of pork. Flavored perfectly.

I also had the special noodle soup. It was delicious and the broth was tasty!

Service was fast and friendly. It's a small room but clean and inviting.

Great experience, as ever! The staff is quick and knowledgeable about the gluten free diet. I had number 33, Lemongrass Chicken with bell peppers and onion on vermicelli. So good. Plus shared a full order of summer rolls and a pot of green tea. We also went for their vietnamese coffee, iced. If you've never tried it, you should!

Excellent pho and excellent price. The atmosphere is fantastic and the servers are friendly and attentive. Order in for pick up and SkipTheDishes friendly as well.

havent had this dish in a long time. Its a hidden gem at this restaurant . I hear its one of the bests in town. comes with meat or vegetarian option . Crispy noodles with vegtables . "Mi xao gion". highly recommend this. Very good!!!

Seriously amazing, my new favourite spot for sure! The woman working today was so sweet and helpful!

Edit: Been eating here my whole life. I will die on the hill that this is the best Vietnamese food ive ever had.

The broth of a pho is perfect temperature, taste, and texture. The pork spring rolls are incomparable, ive literally never had any spring that matches.

Great Vietnamese food, at a good price

Just had a very yummy meal at Saigon (#28 Saigon Vermicelli Special). I go there with my Tai chi group often and it’s always really good. About 20 of us showed up and even though somehow a reservation had not been made, they got the food out fast, hot and delicious. Family business and they are all delightful.

Food is delicious, staff is amazingly friendly, service is quick and professional. Their takeout is great too, it took only ten minutes to prepare. This is a favourite with my family, and for good reason! :)

Food was delicious, great kimchi! They have a gluten free menu on hand with a ton of options!

The chicken curry soup = best cough, cold, sore throat & sinus congestion remedy EVER!!! Tastes so good. Hubby likes #28 vermicelli bowl which is also tasty and filling. Our favorite local, healthy restaurant.

Love saigon! We go once or twice a month, have been eating there for ten years. Definetly our favorite restaurant! Try the beef satay soup, green onion cakes, #43 (pork rice noodle wraps), or #104 (sweet and sour pineapple chicken.)

Very good food great menu prices are very good this time she forgot to give me my change with it being take out and all I don't necessarily tip if there's no service really being done but other than that great place and highly recommend i would probably the best Vietnamese place in st. Albert bar none

The staff were efficient and knowledge. The food came out hot, with the meat well cooked yet tender and the vegetables lightly crunchy, not limp or mushy.

Excellent food and friendly service. I'm celiac and they know exactly what I can and can't have. It's so nice to not have to worry and still have a delicious filling meal out.
