I love coming to this Second Cup! It’s cosy yet spacious. Andrea and Mya are lovely to deal with and go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed.

This is my go to coffee shop. Always great brew, love the warmth inside and all the windows.

I've been coming here for years and haven't ever had a problem with service or wait times.

I go here fairly regularly and have never had a bad experience. Every employee I’ve encountered has been so nice and helpful. And not the fake, obnoxious nice, but genuinely nice. They’re always happy to recommend new drinks off the menu for me. Keep that up! Thank you!

Great place. Doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or inside, staff is always welcoming and friendly. They get your coffee just right.

It's always been fun stopping by at places you never visited before, so this is one of the best places I would really recommend to anyone stopping by at St. Albert Alberta.

So, we did a drive thru to this coffee shop because my wife had a quick taste bud hunger for a Cafe Mocha from Second Cup we purchased the day before we headed to this location.

So we did a drive thru order and this lady from the menu intercom went above and beyond on our orders.

I was actually ordering my wife's Cafe mocha and still thinking about my order so I was trying to talk to her on the intercom but she can barely hear me because of the cars engine revving up behind us and by the road(the dt is closed by the main road) so she then asked us to proceed and offered to get our orders at the window. She smiled and greeted us cheerfully like it was a normal happy day and at that moment she sprinkled us her positive vibes.

Making the story shorter, she went above and beyond our expectations for drive thru coffee shop. Offered a very exceptional customer service and will definitely be back to that location when we stopped by at St. Albert.

Love the large windows and new update! The drinks are well made and the customer service is great. I love that they kindly bring your drinks to you. The vibe is very clean and relaxed and it has quickly become my favourite study spot.

Stopped in for a dark roast coffee with 2 milk and one honey and it was great! The barista was very nice as well. Need a tip function on the debit machine.

I had a horrible day. Asked them if they could write something positive on my drink, and they did just that - except added a (super corny but made me smile) dad joke as well as gifted me a free chocolate chip cookie. The employee handed me the cookie and told me that it’s on the house and to keep my head high.

Needless to say, I cried like a baby while driving home and wished I could give her a hug. Thank you for being a friend when I needed someone that day - I will most definitely be back.

Sorry Starbucks but Second cup wins. Amazing frozen hot chocolates, drive through a bit slow but great service always. Friendly and they always have doggy treats which is a bonus.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, and the espresso quality is way better than Starbucks. Plus if you go through the drive thru, they have milkbone doggy treats!

Better than the last time we were in

Great atmosphere. Only took 5 minutes for my order to be prepared. Probably took longer for me to make up my mind on what I wanted! Such a big selection of baked goods and treats.

Good service and good coffee. They always have the treats I like in stock. Cozy atmosphere, much nicer than the Starbucks nearby. Lots of parking.
