Superb place!! Been going here for around 1.5 years. Harman quickly assessed my shoulder which had been hurting for a year and the treatment plan/ exercises successfully healed it. Every since it's the only place I would ever think of going. All the masseuses are very very good, my current one, Dakota, is fantastic at deep tissue massage. 5 stars.

Huge thank you to Manas my physiotherapist. He is very caring and soft spoken. He was dedicated to serving to my issues. Sufferiig from chronic back and neck pain for many years and jumping from clinics to clnics and seeing no results contributed to affected me mentally and physically both. Manas was very patient and helped me through his treatment plan. I am not perfect, but I have seen significant improvements and am now able to do things i love without pain .
My trust has been building up since then. The way he talks and educates is half of the cure for your problem.

Great experience at Spectrum. Staff is always welcoming and professional. Harman (PT) was extremely helpful with my recovery process. He explained the injury and therapy in details for me, answered my questions and filed my WCB reports giving me piece of mind. My thanks to them for their hard work. Highly recommend Spectrum.

Manas took the time to ask questions and assess both my shoulder and back. He is very thorough. The exercises he laid out and the course of treatment have been incredibly successful. I have recommended to family and friends.

The office is clean, spacious and well organized.
From my first phone call, to the front end staff, and last but not least, the BEST physio therapist I’ve ever had - Harmon is very thorough & informative. He takes the time to explain the root of my problem and outlines the pathway to my recovery. In just a short time I’ve made remarkable gains in my range of motion but mostly, for the first time in two years I’m pain free. I am now able to dress/undress without help, I can do my hair, shower, etc. It feels like a miracle 🙌

Great experience. I was injured at work and had Manas and his team help me to recover from the injury. All WCB paperwork was taken care by Spectrum and I did not have to do anything in that. Thanks to Manas, Ketaki, Temi and all other staff members at Spectrum who helped me to get through this. They all know their stuff very well. Extremely professional and personable. I would highly recommend Spectrum for any body pains or injuries.

Love this place. I don’t trust any other clinics. The staff are super friendly and the physio therapists really listen to your concerns and genuinely want to help. You can see they’re not just looking at you like another number/patient and they really handle you with care and are genuine about wanting to help you improve. 10/10

I have been going to Spectrum for my routine massages and it has always been a wonderful experience. Dakoda is my massage therapist and she does such an amazing job!

My experience at Spectrum Physical Therapy Clinic has been exceptional. I was admitted with acute lower back pain that severely limited my movements due to tension and weight bearing. Thanks to the exceptional and friendly service of the staff, as well as a personalized treatment plan, my pain has been significantly reduced, and I now feel relief in my back. The always impeccable facilities complemented an experience that left me very satisfied with Spectrum as the physiotherapy clinic of choice.

I visited them for the elbow pain and Physiotherapist's Ketaki explained the treatment and the exercises, which helped to improve the pain. I would highly recommend them. They have a very friendly and caring staff.

Best decision ever to book an assessment with Manas. Between listening and questioning, he was able to formulate a treatment plan to specifically address my upper and lower back pain issues. Using a variety of techniques (ultrasound, tens, heat, cupping, needling, manipulation and specific exercises), Manas and his staff (Ketki in his absence and the very talented massage therapist Dakoda whom I will review separately) changed my very unhappy and painful body into a very happy and pain free one. Treatment was progressive and geared to the discussion and assessment undertaken at the start of each appointment. I would be remiss if I did not mention and thank the administrative staff, Jessica and Naveen, for the assistance they provided and the cheerful, friendly and professional atmosphere they establish from the moment you enter their office. Without any reservation whatever, I highly recommend Spectrum Physiotherapy as I am confident you will be as pleased with their services and treatment outcomes as I have been.

After receiving treatment, there are no signs of recovery yet, but I was impressed by the systematic treatment plan and the kindness of the staff.

Super amazing first experience. I had Dakoda and she was so sweet and really listened to where I had pains and worked them. I was so comfortable with her right away and what I really liked about spectrum Physio compared to a lot of others is that you start your actual massage an hour from when she starts. Filling out forms and the questions that are asked don’t count towards your time. Super super sweet receptionist both when I called to book and when I came for my appointment time. Definitely would recommend and will be going back forever!!! ♥

Harmandeep Singh was a delight to work with. He is very friendly, welcoming and made me comfortable during my visits. I have been helped immensely in managing my carpal tunnel syndrome and plantar facia to the point where I do not need any medication or surgical intervention.

I wish Harmandeep and the rest of the team very best and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking relief from painful conditions.

My doctor recommended I try physio for certain ailments. I wanted a location close to home and did a quick google search. Spectrum was at the top of the list and had nothing but 5 star reviews. I booked an appointment and can clearly see why. Manas was professional, kind, knowledgeable and sympathetic to what I’m going through. I felt heard and like I have a good treatment plan going forward. I highly recommend Spectrum and look forward to working with them.

I looked up on Google after my motor vehicle accident and spectrum came highly rated. From the very first moment, I could understand why. The receptionists are so kind, and bubbly and they’re on top of appointments and are so easy with schedule changes and working around what works best for you.
The owner is awesome and chose great people; every physiotherapist I’ve seen there has known my pain points because of their communication and came up with an action plan to help my pain.
The massage therapist Anthony is super knowledgeable and talented. Communicates and really cares about how you’re feeling and being a part of your healing.
Last, but not least Chang, the acupuncturist is the best I’ve known my mom and I go to him and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I went into the appointment hoping for great results and I left with some wonderful knowledge and advise on how to care for my knee. I booked another appointment!

Manas is really professional. I visited him for sever lower back pain. He was kind enough to do follow-up after his treatment. Very reasonably priced for the quality of service you receive. Will be returning for more treatment in the future. Plus they direct bill!! 10/10

Just had a 60 minute deep tissue massage by Dakota and it was AMAZING. Best massage I have ever had. Really found all my trigger points without me even having to say anything and worked really hard on my knots! Will definitely be going again.
