The gentleman that owns the trailer court is very fair. The manager is really nice and the maintenance guy is completely funny and always in good spirits. All in all the people are very nice. The roads could use some work but I'm sure they'll get it worked out.

Nice MHP I was very impressed with the children's park, the yards are very large and the Manager was very help full and pleasant to deal with. I am very happy that we purchased a home here.
