Good products good service and knowledge on their products. And the have reps come in and discuss this products. It would be better if they got out of the really low end dog food. It would reflect how much they care about animals. The staff are real pet people. And you can bring your pets into the store. This is nice for getting treats your dog wants.

Thank you to the ladies working at Drayton Valley Petvalu today, after my dog got sprayed by a skunk I was panicked and overwhelmed when I arrived at your store but your calm and helpful demeanour meant a lot and was exactly what I needed. Sherry was most helpful in selecting food to address underlying health issues we'd rather not revisit on holidays, which was not only good for them, but they actually liked! Wonders will never cease... I think we were more happy than the cats to find some canned food they like. Was able to finish our trip with happy, well-fed cats. Thanks so much!

I typically don't enjoy big box stores, but for a small town, this place was definitely worth checking out. They have really good prices and a surprisingly wide variety of everything
