Jazzercise North Calgary

I’ve been Jazzercizing since 2007 and loving it! Jazzercise has kept motivated over the years with the great music and of course the wonderful instructors! I’ve been with Robyn since before she became and instructor and wouldn’t have it any other way. Robyn has a way of keeping us all motivated and interested. Besides keeping me fit the friendships I have gained are incredible!. I’m one lucky girl to have found Jazzercise and friends!

I was a member of jazzercise with Robyn for about 3 years and then covid hit. I took some time off and tried lots of different exercise facilities. I missed jazzercise so much that I just started again this January. It’s just FUN which makes you want to keep coming. It’s a great workout that you can modify to suit your needs. I love the variety of classes and I love the current music too. The instructors are happy, friendly and motivating. Great Atmosphere, great energy and a great workout.

I started Jazzercize in 2009. Thanks to my co-worker and friend @Joan Sokolowski who urged me to try and join; I was hooked ever since. I loved the full body workout (dancing, weights, abs exercises on mats, and the stretches). The instructors are great and the ladies I work out with are all so friendly, they’ve become my second family. We encourage one another and we celebrate together when we accomplish our workout goals and challenges. Jazzercise has helped me on my overall wellbeing and mental health. The icing on the cake is the FUN factor. If you haven’t, I encourage you to try a class for free. I guarantee you will enjoy it, or the coffee is on me 😊

Below is a google review I wrote in 2023...I am still passionate about Jazzercise in 2024. It is the best way to stay in shape as it just feels like you are dancing to top 40 music, which is always current. Motivating instructors too!

Feb. 2023 - If you like moving, good music and dancing to get fit, Jazzercise is for you! This is good for any level of exercise; I have bad knees so I do a low impact style but still get a great workout. There are many different formats, some with weights and mats, others have more dance movements. Covid brought us live-stream classes which are still available so if you can't make a class in person, you have options.

This is a great place to get your move on! Beautiful studio with natural light. The programs are varied focusing on cardio, strength, and flexibility. Fabulous instructors. Hooting and hollering is optional but fun!!

I always leave he studio feeling invigorated,even on the days when I have dragged my butt out the door to get there. Singing like nobody’s listeningon the drive home. Bonus to the mood lift is increased energy and overall tone! Yes, we can do hard things..thanks o all the instructors who keep me coming back!

There is a lot to be said about a fitness program that has been around for 50+ years. Keeps you motivated with awesome instructors and variety of formats all done to current top of the chart music.

Robyn is an experienced, fun and motivating instructor. Her energy is infectious! The instructors on her team are top notch. Jazzercise has it all from HITT, to strength, to cardio. It's a great workout and you can modify it to what you need. There's all ages and sizes and no pressure to do more or less. Robyn is so down to earth and inclusive.
I've never truly stuck with a program because I get so bored of repetition, but I've been doing this consistently for the past 3 years (in person and online classes!) and I still love doing it because the routines and music get switched up all the time. I've lost 25 lbs and it's all because of the consistency I'm able to maintain with this awesome group of women. Highly recommend!

I have so been enjoying these classes! Since starting this summer I have dropped my knee braces, have way more flexibility and am getting BETTER at keeping up with my 4 year old!

If you like music, moving and friendship then this is the class for you! A great way to get your exercise without feeling like your working out.

You don’t need any qualifications or skills to join jazzercise. All skill levels welcome. The environment is fun and inviting and guarantees a great workout. Strongly recommend to try it out. You won’t regret it.
