Super pleased with this storage facility! Very clean and well maintained. Easy to come and go with gate access through the smartphone app. Love the convenience of the free sani dump on site. Affordable and worth every penny!

They have a slick setup and security from my perspective is good. I needed to gain access to the facility after hours after forgetting to close my roof vents and only remembering several hours later while watching a monsoon roll through from the comfort of my home. I left my house at 11:00pm in a panic and by the time I arrived at the gate 20 min later, my wife had spoken to the after hours staff who gave me remote after hours access.

In a panic situation there’s a lot that can go wrong (like no one picking up the phone to grant emergency after hours access) but the interaction that night was seamless, and I’m grateful because of it.

We have been taking our trailer to Shorty's for almost a decade. The place is kept tidy and plowed during the winter months. The dump stations are kept clean as well. Cameras in each row for security. Staff has always been friendly. Highly recommend.

Awesome place - yard is well kept (any ruts or soft spots are routinely fixed up) plus they've re-gravelled and burned off weeds from our site when we were away a few times which helps keep mice away - we've never had an issue with mice there. Had our trailer written off last year and by the time we go our replacement, insurance hadn't taken away the old unit. Shorty's gave us another stall to use for a couple weeks for no cost until insurance took care of their end. Friendly staff any time we've had to go into the office as well. Plus the dumping station is a HUGE bonus for us so we can avoid the long lineups at the campground.

We have had our 5th wheel parked at Shortys for 4 years. The facility is clean and well maintained. We also appreciated their phone calls when our cover was blowing in the wind and again after the hailstorm. We feel our trailer is secure and safe.

We have been a customer of Shorty's since 2015, storing our RV at their facility. We like the security features they offer and we have always been impressed at how well maintained the facility is. We have been exceptionally happy with their customer service as well. We recently purchased a new RV and needed to arrange a temporary spot until we were able to sell our old RV. Shorty's was able to accommodate our needs. Thank you for making our storage needs so hassle free and going above and beyond.

We have been with Shorty's Storage for several years now. We have had no issues with theft or rodents. There's lots of drainage around the lot and fresh gravel grated on the road ways. They have a great location, close to Range Road 293 so there's very little gravel road to drive on (even when it gets bumpy its a short drive to the entrance gate). 24/7 access is very convenient especially since I work full time during the day. The staff are fantastic and quick to respond. I would highly recommend Shorty's to anyone.

My daughter was living in Banff and decided to move home to Ontario . At the last minute she decided she was not sure she wanted to leave the mountains so she planned a flight home instead to visit. She needed to find a place to leave her vehicle until she returned. Shorty's was recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their storage needs often. They indicated I would find great service, prices and clean, safe storage. Shorty's did not disappoint. After a short conversation and a few emails Dennis was able to secure a spot for her vehicle. We had many questions on the logistics of this since we had never done this before. Dennis went above and beyond to answer the questions and most importantly have the storage arrangements done in a very short time. This was all done over a few emails in only a couple of hours time. When my daughter arrived the next day , the on site office was already closed as it was later in the day. She had no issues with access and finding her spot. Have been a customer at Shorty's for a couple years now and am very happy with them. The site is well maintained, staff are always helpful and having 24/7 access is really convenient as we use our trailer for business and are sometimes coming/going at irregular times. I'd highly recommend Shorty's to anyone looking for a secure, convenient storage location in the Calgary area.

Have had our trailer in storage at Shorty's for 3 years now. Service is great and the lot is clean and safe. We have never had any security issues, the lot is laid out good with lot's of space and the dump station is clean and convenient. We highly recommend them!

Very accommodating and friendly. The lot is huge and there is plenty of room to park your RV/Trailer without any hassle. The Sani dump is easily assessable easy to use which makes it nice and easy to empty your tanks upon returning from a long trip.

We needed to find a place to store our trailers at the last minute Denis was awesome he found us a spot for both and the price was very fair.
The yard is nice and compacted and well maintained
24hr access is a great thing to have also very secure you need to enter code to get in and out great setup

We store our rig here and will return every year. Caleb, who works in the office, is very helpful. The spaces are roomy. The size of the aisles is impressive. Drainage is very good, and the sites are level. Keyless entry makes going in and out quick. Price is reasonable.

We moved from Red Deer AB to Calgary in August. We had a 38' Travel Trailer that we didn't know what to do with. We found Shorty's, reached out by email to Dennis, and were quickly set-up with a spot. It was easy access to their facility. Dennis and team were very professional and when we sold our trailer and needed to cancel our spot, they were equally, easy to deal with and professional. We definitely recommend Shorty's for your storage needs! My family will definitely use them for any future storage needs!

I keep my RV trailer here as well as rent one of the c-cans for extra storage. Convenient for us as it sits on the outskirts of town and we pick up the trailer in the way to our destination. As well, there's water fill and tank dump available. Also cameras, motion sensors and lighting. And there always someone on premises during working hours and sometimes beyond.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Yard is very clean with wide lanes. Now has two dump stations.

In the first few months of my storage experience at Shorty's, I have observed excellent maintenance of the gravel yard,
the area around my unit kept garbage free and additional cameras installed.
There has been a high level of professional courtesy from the beginning, helping me procur a sea can for a very reasonable monthly fee. Thank you Shorty's!

Had to setup a last minute place to store my trailer. Same day Dennis got everything arranged and good to store. 5 stars for this place for sure, great stay, lot seems secure with gates and cameras ect. Nice angled spots that are easy to back my 26 ft trailer into.
