Sentinel Storage - Calgary Spyhill

Fantastic customer service. I went to one location and unfortunately they didn't have what I needed available anywhere but would check for cancellations at other locations. They got back to me the same day with a unit that came available. They walked me through everything and were very friendly and polite and didn't rush me through. Will definitely use and recommend them again.

Josie and Carlo were very helpful at the spy Hill sentinel storage location. Very informative and smooth to handle my time while I had a storage there. Really easy to move and access building. And has all the utilities and proper equipment for heavy load handling. Would recommend this storage to anybody looking for short or long term and for any size locker.

Very good service received from Josie Pujol. She is very good with the customers and assets to the company.
Only disappointed is some customers using loading bay as a car parking lot. I had to go through the small door to load my stuff. Did inform to the staff member and he didnt care about it.

This is a beautifully clean and modern facility. From the first questions with the office manager to renting and hauling my first load of boxes, a smooth operation in a great location.

This is a great facility. It has indoor loading and unloading for cars to semi-trailers, lifts from the ground to dock level, multiple sizes of units, pallet jacks and carts, very good security and a washroom.

The people who work here are excellent - very nice, helpful and always available.

I rent many such units in Alberta and BC and this is by far the best on I have.

I met with Shelby and was pleasantly surprised with her professionalism and engagement. Good customer service is not something I receive everyday and Shelby definitely excelled. She has a friendly and helpful attitude and I would highly recommend speaking with her for all your storage needs.

The young lady working was very helpful in providing us with the information to make an informed decision, and provided us with the locker and the necessary paperwork.

I was very pleased with sentinel storage. They were helpful and noticed when my unit was not locked properly. They phoned and the situation was made right. I did feel my belongings were safe and secure.

We recently rented a storage area from Spy Hill Storage and were served by Josie and Carlo. They were very professional and helpful. The storage room was very clean and well lit. I feel secure leaving my personal belongings at Sentinel Storage.

Staff is very helpful they keep place organized.Loading docks elevators and Dollys make it easy to move your items about.
Josie and Carlo are really nice people to deal with.

This is a great storage facility. When you arrive, you can back right into a bay, there are carts and pallet jacks and a lift to help you get your stuff to your unit. Access was easy and the times convenient. Storage prices are high but they're high everywhere. Sentinel currently has the first 4 weeks free, which I used to stage my place for sale and I've no doubt I got a higher price because I had reduced the clutter before listing.

Very well run Storage unit. It was clean, convenient and easy to get to. Lots of storage options to choose from. Would come back again if the need arises

Great set up for storage needs. Really easy to work with the team at the site - responsive, friendly and accommodating.

Flo and Josie are super helpful throughout. The facility is clean and well-equipped with dollies and 2 pallet jacks. Have spare pallets to take and return. The indoor loading bay and scissor lift make loading and unloading easily and comfortably regardless of weather conditions.

I had an amazing experience at the Sentinel storage. The manager and all the staff here are very accommodating and helpful.

I can’t say enough about the storage units and the staff (Shelby) who was very friendly and professional.. we only needed storage for a couple of days between selling our house and downsizing to a apartment.. they couldn’t do enough for us and at a very good rate. I would totally recommend this facility and want to thank Shelby for all her help..thank you Shelby
