The people working this facility don’t give a damn. It’s hilarious, 5 stars solely on comedic value. Almost like they are trying to piss off the customers. Loved every second I spent there, learned an absolute ton. Almost priceless. The elder lady was great comedy for anybody in the mood. The elder gentleman(probably husband), wanted to go home so badly and didn’t speak a single word to me throughout the entire process.

The people here are always nice and helpful when I'm sending a package. No complaints. I've witnessed a large number of people verbally abuse the staff because of things outside of their control (postal hours, lineups etc) which sucks.

I don't understand all these negative reviews. The staff here have always been pleasant to deal with, no matter how busy they are (and they do occasionally get out of control busy). Too many downtown, type-A personalities not getting the service they THINK they deserve, I assume..

Finally, under new management…what an amazing team and Postal Service. Great experience, keep it up!

I went to this Canada Post with low expectations given the low reviews of this site. It is the only Canada Post close to the Core. The service was okay. There was only one cashier around 2 pm and about 6 people in the line up.

Had what I needed, but the customer service was poor.

I have never seen such a rude and unprofessional staff and service ever. I don't know how this guy is still employed for so many years.

I brought a postage free parcel. But when I handed over to him, he literally through the box on the other desk and didn't even look at me. I told him there is something inside fragile, he did not even answer me and looked at the monitor. It was not rush hour and no customer in there beside me. I feel like he hates his job and all customers.

It's been three weeks and package has not arrived yet. I am not sure if he ever deliver the package.

I never want to post negative review cause this may hurt their business. But the service I have been receiving at this store forced me to. write all this.

I'm not surprised this place is a one star. The staff have got to be the most miserable people in the entire city of Calgary. I've seen three people work here and I'm not sure which one is worse.

If you're not happy with your business, sell it and leave but please have an ounce of respect for those supporting your business.

Don't bother, this place doesn't deserve a star. I went there because I was looking for the Canada Post an cashier from shoppers told me about this place.
I should have looked at the reviews.

I arrived, place was empty.It seems who ever "works" is on the phone as previous reviews mentioned.

It is obviously a personal call he is attending. Either he is an owner or he is a worker but he doesn't really care what you want.

With the situation we are you will think he will put on hold his call in orden to provide a service, but he didn't left the phone nor acknowledge I was there or for him to say 'I will be there'.

I just left...no point to wait. He might not even send the things properly.

I wish Canada post was at the shopper drug mart that is by the 7ave and 3 street SW.

If you are looking for a Canada post there are on center Street Telus by the big white head, 300 and 5th Ave SW, 7ave and 8 street SW, or 5ave and 6street SW.

If you haven't got your daily dose of being accused of or being rude to, go to this post office. They get one star only because their location. Every time I come here I am almost certain will get an attitude, being scolded for lining up at the wrong queue, or "no our tape is not for you to use", or all of the above. Make your signs bigger and clearer if you tell me people always line up at the wrong place. Don't be rude to your customers just because you haven't done a good enough job. Avoid this place if you can.

Avoid this place like the plague! The staff here is so rude! I sent a package via priority mail that was meant to get to the destination the next day, they didn't process it on time and package didn't get delivered until 2 days later. Why did I spend the extra cash to send it rush, if the post office doesn't do it's job correctly? Thanks for screwing up and not delivering my "time sensitive" package on time! This place doesn't even deserve one star, just don't have option to pick zero stars.

I have never encountered such rude customer service staff in my life. The man that owns the place is extremely unpleasant and today one of the ladies working there was super rude to me too. I have no idea why these people work here when it's obvious they hate their jobs and customers. Plenty of other post offices in the area to go to so I won't be back.

Wish there was a zero option, have been to this location many times and the service is terrible. It’s not a fluke not a bad day it’s terrible.
Every single individual here hates their lives and every minute of every interaction with customers - sometimes it’s hilarious just how bad the services is, other times(when they happen to talk during the transaction to demand something) I annoyingly respond in equal fashion.
I would rather walk to stampede station post outlet or any other location than conduct any business here

This review is not about staff. No doubt are good people. The owner is a rude Indian. I asked for my receipt yesterday when I posted my parcel and he damped in the garbage bin I questioned and he thrown right in my hand. No one is always essential business can be replaced by people with people's gift

I went here today and they didn’t even put the receivers name on the envelope they were rushing me I spent alot shipping then they asked me to wait again after they did my first package when I was spending more then others thought it was rude that isn’t how a post office operates it took them so long too I will be complaining my friends better get their packages too I would not recommend this postal office nope never again
