Costco Gas Station

The prices at this gas station are unbeatable which results in long lines. Despite this, my longest wait time to the pump averages to about 15 mins. If you want to skip the long lines, your best bet is to arrive within the first and last hour of opening and closing respectively, or between 11am and 2pm on weekdays.

Always good value. Best to go before 10 or from 2 to 3 on weekdays to avoid the lineups.

This is one of the busier Costco's in Calgary which results in a very busy gas station. The line up's are long despite improvements made by changing each station from double to triple pumps.

Quite frankly, I think the triple pumps only make people line up more since the line goes faster. It really doesn't take long despite the daunting line of cars.

Gas here is usually cheaper than nearby gas stations. The only Costco gas station to beat this one is Tsuut'ina's Costco.

Lower gas prices compared to nearby gas stations. However, the wait time to fill up might be higher during weekends and evenings.

Gasoline is cheaper here. Received 3% cash back on top of it as I am using Cibc Costco card.

Queue moves very fast and I wonder how they service so many cars in such a short time. Kudos to the team there.

Google map states this gas station starts business at 9am. As I already get ready to go to this station at 6:30am so I would just go to verify and I can confirm it opens at 6:30am. Please refer to the photo that I took 10 minutes ago.

This has got to be close to the best prices of gas in all of Calgary. Sometimes almost $0.20 difference compared to other franchises in the city. I think you only ever find better in the upper NE.

Save yourself the headache by coming in early 7-9am, or later on close to closing time 8-930pm.

I usually get my gas at Easthills and its usually chaos to get into line and so when I saw the size of all the people waiting and causing traffic, I was certain that I’d be there for at least 30 minutes, but as I moved closer it was moving so fast, and it was all because of these great gentlemen that are directing traffic, they did it with smiles, knowledge and where on top of everything. I was more than pleased with how great it was, especially the dark skinned older gentlemen, wish I got his name. Keep up the amazing work you guys!!! Now can you guys train them at Easthills to do the same :)

Costco gas price @ $112.9 vs $122.9 in other local gas stations

Very reaonable prices. Busy almost anytime.

Costco offers the cheapest Top Tier gas in the area, accessible to members only. The pumps are easy to use, offer Tap to Pay, and the hoses are extendable. It operates in tandem with their warehouse therefore it is not 24/7.

Though this station has 18 pumps, 3 per lane, the recent gas surge craze has caused severe lines during almost all hours of the day. The lines often back up to the intersection (20+ cars), not to mention the people that cut their way into the queue and the other line that forms from the parking lot. Just the reality of offering lower gas prices.

Unless you are in the area, it may be cheaper to fuel up at other gas stations. Consider the gas used to get to Costco, the gas expended to get back, and the gas and time expended by waiting in line for up to 30 minutes.

This is probably the busiest Costco gas station I’ve seen, but it’s probably the best run one I’ve seen hardly any wait

Great prices for gas. Of course membership is required and as with all Costco’s, VISA is not accepted. There are 3 pumps in each lane which makes for short wait times during rush hour! Just make sure you don’t turn left into the gas station - only right turns into the station is allowed!

Never feels like an inconvenience to gas up here. In fact I look forward to getting my receipt at the end so that I can marvel at how cheap it was. This has always been the case. Very unfortunate that they don't accept VISA, but overall great experience.

Cheapest gas i have seen so far and top tier as well. Waiting times are not of big deal since filling up and paying are convenient.

Easy to get too, just off highway. Quick, easy setup like many Costcos locations, at the time of visit great gas price, always best price that I see. Even with membership!
