I have known Dr. Tulika Karan over 15 years. She is not only knowledgeable but also approachable. I feel comfortable asking questions and discussing all my health concerns. In the past, she referred specialists as it required and helped me to get cured with no unnecessary delays. I felt genuinely cared during every my visit. Outstanding communication from the front desk to the doctor and they kept me informed every step of the way. Prompt appointment schedules and minimum wait time are the key features of this clinic. Very positively impressed. One magic element in running a good health care practice is finding the most optimal path to navigate through an unexpectedly crowded waiting room. Many patients with different concerns want to see the doctor, and nobody wants to wait. Some are sicker than others and some are not sick at all, but just need a signature or a routine prescription renewal.
Well, let us all remember: This is health care and that means “sickest first” and not “first come first served”. Dr. Tulikan Karan’s professional staff skillfully read the needs of the packed waiting room. They knew that I was not sick (driver’s license renewal) and politely offered an alternative appointment. It saved me time, but most importantly, it helped free Dr. Karan’s time to tend to patients who really needed a doctor.

We moved to the area and were looking for a new family doctor. Found this clinic close to our place and decided to bring my daughter in for her ears. Doctor Karan was very nice and was able to solve our problem. A couple days later my son was sick. Brought him in and again had a great service from doctor Karan. She's patient and taking time to help him. People who complain should know that she's only 1 doctor in the clinic who works almost every day with a disabled son at home. It can be a lot. Long wait is normal when she's busy so try to be patient and compassionate. At any other clinics you will have to wait as well. So far we have great experiences and will continue to be seeing her. Thank you!

Dr karan has been great to my family. The last few months have been hell for me with the kids constantly sick and whenver my family dr hasnt been able to see us she has always seen us even last min walkins and has been very helpful .
