amazing dental office with amazing stage! everyone here prioritizes all their patients and they always take pride in making sure every visit is above and beyond. Dr. Heintze is so honest with patients and makes sure every patient gets the best results every single time. Sandra and Parker are amazing hygienists and assistants always a pleasure to have appointments with! And Sam at the front desk is amazing, she is so easy to work with and accommodating and is always a pleasure to speak with!

I would highly recommend Ambiance Dental, as someone who had very strong fears of the Dentist, they made me feel very comfortable and I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. Recently I had a dental emergency come up and they got me in for a fix within a day. My Dentist, Dr. Nowak was not in, but Dr. Heintze was able to fit me in and did a great job fixing my issue.

I also highly recommend Winnie, my hygienist and the Practice Manager, Michelle and Receptionist, Sam have always been very helpful and pleasant when I've scheduled appointments or had insurance questions.

If you are looking for a new Dentist, they are wonderful, and conveniently located downtown with free parking in their office building.

Dr. Heintze and Christine are amazing. They are friendly and they made my dentist visit comfortable..Michelle helps me a lot too regarding my benefits.

Dr. Nowak is a rock star! I've always been terrified of dental work, but she made me feel very comfortable and I didn't even feel the needle! That numbing cream is amazing, wow!

I've found the best dental team in the city! Everyone is friendly, welcoming and they really care about their patient's sensitivities and comfort level.

They are all rock stars, in my opinion.

There is nothing I dislike more than being at the dentist, period. In fact at many appointments I try to get less work done because I’m so uncomfortable. I have to say both Dr Goska and her staff as well as Sandra have made my appointments the smoothest of any dental office in Calgary, and I have tried alot of them. My comfort is actually important to them and their work is best in class. They have made adjustments specifically for me and that’s why I go back. Michelle and the ladies up front have checked my benifits for me a million times and never get sick of reminding me when my appointments are. You’ll be in good hands at Ambiance.

Had to go in and get a tooth checked and repaired.
The staff were very welcoming.
Dr Heintze fixed my tooth and it feels so much better.
This office really takes care of their patients.

July 31st, 2023
I went in today to get my permanent crown on.
The front end staff had called the lab to rush it through as my temporary crown kept coming off.
Dr Heintze fitted it and adjusted my nightguard to fit.
It was a very smooth appointment and everything went to plan.
Ambiance Dental really care about their patients. I would highly recommend this dental office.
Everyone is so helpful and accommodating and put their patients health and well being above everything else.

I have a temporary crown on and have called a few times as it’s been coming off. Sam and Michelle have been very helpful talking me through all the tips and tricks to make me feel comfortable.
They are always so helpful and their main concern is making me feel comfortable which I really appreciate.
I would give them five stars.

Had my crown prep done today.
Dr Heintze was wonderful he froze me and I didn’t feel the needles. I was extremely nervous and he was very patient and explained what he was doing step by step.
It was one of the best dental experiences I have had, the time flew by.
I would highly recommend Dr Heintze.

Had sensitivity on and off for a while. Decided to get the tooth checked out.
Saw Dr Heintze and he told me my tooth was cracked so I needed a crown.

This is an amazing clinic! All the staff are very knowledgeable and they educate patients to take a very proactive/preventative approach to dental health care.
Very professional, excellent service, and super friendly. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Dr. Nagra and the team at Ambiance Dental highly enough! I initially went to the clinic to see if there was anything that could be done to enhance my smile. Dr. Nagra created a treatment plan for me that worked with my budget, helped make all my referrals to other clinics when needed (orthodontics in my case), and has helped me along my journey over past couple of years to get to the result I've always had in mind. The team at Ambiance dental are all amazing and make you feel as if you're a VIP client. Dr. Nagra herself is kind, extremely knowledgeable, highly detail-oriented and will work with you and your expectations to see if what you're desiring is achievable. I am so grateful for everything she and the entire team have done for me, and will never even think of going elsewhere for any dental work, cosmetic or general. I have been sending my friends, family, and even collogues to Ambiance Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is a great dental office. Everyone there is concerned for your general well-being and genuinely wants to ensure the experience is as positive as possible. In my experience, they deliver an elevated service that isn't often seen in certain industries. Winnie provides excellent care and takes pride in how and what she does. Great team overall. I've only had just a consultation appointment here however I've never had such a thorough inspection of my mouth before. Pictures of everything, certainly nothing was missed. I was offered the most practical and straightforward treatment plan with the option of payments to sort it out as I don't currently have dental coverage. They did not pressure me into anything, but instead provided me with facts. I left my appointment with full confidence that I've made a sound decision to have Ambiance take care of me and will update my review as work is completed!

This team gets full marks for their work. An amazingly clean and well kept office and simple booking processes are just the beginning of an experience that is absolutely first rate. I have run the gamut over the years - from regular checkups to emergency work and have always come away very impressed with the quality of dental care and the obvious care the Ambiance team take with their patients. My highest recommendation for this dental office!

A big thank you to the Ambiance Dental team for my new smile. After completing 2 years of braces to straighten my teeth we were able to put the finishing touches on the front teeth. I've been a client at Ambiance Dental for over a year and can't say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Nowak is extraordinarily skilled and exceedingly professional. Both Dr. Nowak and Dr.Heintze have distinguished resumes. Furthermore Ambiance Dental uses modern, state of the art equipment which separates it from most other clinics. The services/exams feel very modern. I would highly recommend this office if you're looking for quality. The administrative team, hygienists and dental assistants are all lovely as well; very accommodating and client centric. Dr. Nowak and her team supported me with adjudications on claims with my insurer a few times, too. They value their patients and we appreciate them.

Visit yesterday was awesome - visit with the best dental hygienist around (Sandra) and the dentist found time to see me same day after a routine appointment to have my Invisalign attachments removed and a scan done. They really try so hard to make you comfortable and ensure you leave happy.

I highly recommend Dr. Nour Daas! I recently underwent two extractions and several fillings, and both procedures were remarkably pain-free. Dr. Daas is exceptional in her ability to patiently elucidate every aspect of the treatment process. Undoubtedly, she stands out as the finest dental professional I've encountered. Throughout the entire procedure, I felt a sense of security, and, importantly, she successfully restored my smile. I am genuinely thankful for her professionalism and kindness.

On the last day before the dental office closed for Christmas/New Year for 9 days I needed immediate attention for a broken tooth. Not only did they squeeze me in an appointment, but Sam, Christine and Dr. Heintze all stayed late. They all made it seem like it was no big deal, but it meant a lot to me. Not just in this instance, but for all regular dental care, Ambiance is the best.

The staff are all excellent and extremely friendly. Everyone takes the time to address your needs and listens to you. The new dentist from Australia, Dr. Heintze, is awesome! Very thorough, efficient, & honest as to what needs to be done down to things that can be done at a later date. He takes the time to completely explain everything with a full two way dialogue. And is super friendly to chat with subjects outside of dentist related topics. I never like going to a dental office, but at Ambiance, everyone ensures your stay is as comfortably as possible.
