I picked up my new GV70 a few days ago. So far, the vehicle speaks for itself. As a consumer, continued service and support will make or break the experience. That said, my sales rep, Joanna, was very knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions, making purchasing seamless.

The team here has made my car experience, by far, the best I've ever had! Spencer has gone above and beyond to make my family feel at home with Genesis and I am now a loyal ambassador with my 2nd Genesis vehicle. Beyond the quality and value the vehicles represent, it is people like Spencer and the rest of the team here that elevate the car buying experience and will always have my business. Don Tollefson was my contact from day one.

All the way from selecting a vehicle, patiently answering all my technical and finance questions (I had a lot), bringing the car to my home for a test drive, taking delivery at my home and post purchase service point of contact, Don did it all. After putting pen to paper, his quality of service never degraded, not even months after taking delivery.

I never felt pressured or rushed, he is extremely patient and listens and responds to your needs and questions. With Covid interruption the supply chain causing delays in vehicle manufacturing and delivery, he did everything he could to make it up to us, between good communication and some other perks to make up for it. I would highly recommend Don at Genesis if you’re in the market for a new vehicle if you want a pleasant experience.

In terms of the brand, Genesis has really built themselves up with this generation of gv70/gv80. I like how they provide so many benefits, one of which is picking up your vehicle from your home when it’s due for service and they even drop off a loaner car for you. Test drove everything from rav4 fully loaded trim to Audi SQ5s and this was the best bang for buck right in the middle. Not to mention the stunning and opulent interior and exterior of the gv70 are in my opinion are hard to beat right now.

I wanted to send my deepest thank you to the incredible service team! Words cannot describe how utterly impressed I am with Ashley and her team. They are truly outstanding. To begin, before the appointment, I contacted Ashley many times with questions. Her emails back to me were always quick and precise and friendly. Secondly, Arman who picked up and dropped off my vehicle, is fabulous. He texted to let me know what’s happening throughout the day, and he had a nice conversation with my husband. My husband was so impressed with his friendliness and care for our vehicle. Thirdly, the invoice is so detailed. It detailed everything that was looked at, serviced, or fixed. I was astonished of the detail and work that went into a simple servicing, and it was completed and dropped off at my home in 5 hours. Outstanding! Even though I do not understand all the mechanics that entail a servicing, I believe the team of mechanics are dedicated and as hard working as the service team. The team even properly washed it for me!! Not just sprayed it down with a hose.

What is so impressive is this was all included with the purchase of the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love driving it. When we were searching for a new vehicle, I had my eye on a different manufacturer. My husband convinced me to check out Genesis, and I grumpily went, but when Chris took us on our first test drive, I knew I was hooked. I loved it the moment I slide into the drivers seat, and it hasn’t disappointed. And now, the customer service that was provided proves no one is better.

I’ve been in the car industry for over 20 years.
One thing we know there is so many moving parts with cars and so many things can go wrong - from negotiating and buying from a sales person that promises you the world. Genesis makes it simple on terms of price because they bundled it all into an inclusive package
Warranty , service, connected services, vip valley service … etc
Spenser was the contact person and my experience manager ..
Handled it very professional and made it super easy for me .. brought the vehicle out to me to test drive.. handled everything online .. due to COVID there was a wait time and issues with packaging which is obviously understandable during these times .. He explained everything and OVER DELIVERED .. I may be a bit laid back … but having the approach of under promising and over delivering works for me !!!

Now let’s get to the vehicle … I’ve driven Mercedes and acura my whole life. The material and finish is better with genesis hands down .. the is close to the Germans in terms of suspension and handling .. Tech works good and the price really made sense …

My wife is looking to trade in her Audi q3 (brand new) just to get a genesis
