I ain’t even begun to start properly going to this spot but I can tell you I certainly will.

I’ve been a few times now. Twice to eat, and once when they had a really cool thrift market happening. All three times have been a winner.

They got bbq game for sure. I’ve only had a few things off the menu but so far everything has been on point. I’ll make my way through that menu yet.

I’m really excited to start checking out live music there. I’ve read in multiple places that this is a great spot for a big plethora of show types and I’m excited to see what’s what when I can get out to some of these.

Love it, love it, love it. I can't say it enough! The vibes are impeccable, our waitress Kat was the best and made our night, she was the sweetest and would be reason enough to come back! The food was just as great, I ordered a half rack of ribs and my boyfriend ordered the brisket, both were perfection, smoked and tender as can be. I'll definitely be back on the regular.

I was looking for BBQ food in a place with a casual atmosphere, rather than the many upscale and expensive steakhouses all around downtown Calgary. This was the perfect place. The food was great and reasonably priced. There's live music in the basement - depending on the band the sound can be a bit heavy, but it doesn't interfere with your enjoyment of the place if you're in the restaurant on main floor.

Great smoked food with quite the range of choice in a very nice location and old building. Prices are a little high I have to admit but the food is worth it!

One of my favorite places in Calgary! The food is always good, the service is friendly, and there's always some good music downstairs.

Their pulled pork Benny from their brunch menu was absolutely delicious! The hollandaise sauce and pickles onion just made it a delight to eat.

The BBQ wrapped corn was also very good.

Honestly, one of my top spots in Calgary for BBQ now, enjoyed the brisket and some amazing chicken wings. Service was top-notch.

amazing food, good vibes and service

I hadn't been in 20 years because a past experience was poor... Gave it a try today and both myself and friend agreed it was the best meal we have had in a while. Everything was hot, flavourful and exceeded our expectations. Servercwas friendly and fun, but not bothersome. Save room for dessert 😉.

I've been coming here for at least a decade. I absolutely love this place. Staff are incredible , food is scrumptious, and always have great music events happening!

Its a quaint little BBQ spot downtown. As soon as you walk in you get that BBQ atmosphere. I had a brisket sandwich with some sides with small selection of BBQ/dipping sauces. Had a beer. It was a great lunch.

This is a great smokehouse that has been around for a long time. The menu is easy to choose from and all the food and drinks that hit the table in front of you are great. If there are a few of you in a group and you are undecided on what to eat, try that platter!

Ps - You can't go wrong with anything that is wrapped in bacon then smoked!

Parking is paid but other than that everything is good. Recommend!!

I came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, it was pretty quite and lots of seats open. Place was pretty clean and service was nice and fast. We had the big burrito and hangover hash with alberta beef brisket. The beef was amazing, it was perfectly cooked and went very well with the eggs, hash brown and tomatoes. I would definitely be back for brunch.

Fantastic venue, awesome owner, awesome staff, awesome bouncers. I was acting silly to say the least and they did their job professionally and we leveled out and I left. The food smells amazing haven't tried it yet though. Thanks guys.

(Ps they do NOT enjoy people drawing things on their bathrooms, they actually work hard to keep them clean and have to repaint frequently, they aren't a big corporation so all you're doing is screwing over some guys who just wanna get the day done and get home to their family's and relax so DO NOT DO THAT)

Beers are great. The food was alright!!!!

Had a great meal! Mac and cheese was delicious and the turkey club was equally good. Server was a bit slow and it wasn’t busy at all but we still enjoyed ourselves. The music is great they play and it was at a volume we could still hear ourselves talking which was so nice. We didn’t get a pic of the stuffed jalapeño poppers because they were so delicious we scarfed them down! Would return if we were feeling BBQ and a cheap pint again.

It's a cowboy bar with country music all around not too crowded and great food. Loved the Jack Daniels chicken wings It's a must try.
