Delicious food & quick service. Was pleasantly surprised that they had a non-alcoholic options for drinks! Beautiful decor & the weather was nice enough that the windows were open.

We had an exceptional experience for dinner. The food was excellent and so was our lovely waiter, Ben. Thank you, friend 🧡.

Bridgett Bar is a fantastic calgary restaurant. The menu items were all unique but paired well with each other. The setting and atmosphere were really nice. Will definitely be putting this in my roster of restaurants to return to.

Exceptional food. Trout was the best fish I have had in many years. Ben served us and was fantastic. Thank you.

*Food*

Bread & Butter (9/10): A very good appetizer, the butter is super tasty and the bread is FRESH!

Shrimp & Calamari (11/10): UNBELIEVABLE. This plate is an EXPLOSION of flavors. It is one of the best pasta plates I've ever had. The pine nuts with creamy sauce were a game changer. I'd order this every single time I visit. The portion is fairly big.

Fennel Salami (8.5/10): Super good pizza, the caramelized honey gave it a twist. Highly recommended as a shared bite on the table.

Rigatoni (8.5/10): A simple yet super delicious plate. The restaurant is just so good at making food. It is simply pasta, Truffled Mushroom, and Parmesan Sauce. Brilliant.

The Banana Pie (8/10): Definitely a sharable plate, lots of whipping cream, but a fulfilling dessert for sure. The pretzel goes very well with the sweet taste.

*Service*

Staff is super friendly and welcoming, they're fast and they're always wearing a smile. I went and thanked the people working in the kitchen, because the food made our experience very rewarding; worth every penny we paid there. Simply amazing.

*Atmosphere*

An awesome place for a friends gathering, even business meetings; a very calm and cozy place. I am definitely coming back with some friends. Thank you for the great experience!

Came here to surprise our friend. Really loved the vibe here and the staff are very friendly. We absolutely loved the cauliflower and the banana pie!

In Calgary for one night, decides to stop here for food - as a walk in on a Friday night, we waited about an hour at the bar to be seated - cocktails were amazing and it was definitely worth the wait!! The food was amazing! One of the best restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is lovely - it is quite a trendy and busy bar, definitely book but their walk in system was good too! Our server - Ben was amazing, gave the best suggestions and was just great throughout the night. We highly highly recommend the rainbow trout and the strip steak. To die for.

Top notch food, service & atmosphere!
Would highly recommend this restaurant for any foodie or traveller visiting or living in Calgary.
We would recommend the Belgian endive, Waygu Carpaccio, Tuna Crudo, Burrata, Grilled Octopus salad, Beet salad, Grilled carrots, Geilled lamb sirloin, Ricotta dumplings, Rigatoni and the banana pie they were incredible!
This review is a combination of two visits within a few week period.

I really enjoyed their food. It’s so creative and it’ll amaze you if it is the first time you’re going there. It’s a little expensive though, and portions are not very big. But definitely worth a try.

This was my first time at Bridgette Bar and it will not be my last! We tried their 3-course Lunch Fest menu for $30 which the Concorde group is having for the month of January, plus brussel sprouts and fries. My favourites were the beef tartare (the sauce complemented the beef tartare so well and really elevated the entire dish!) and the brussel sprouts! Duck confit was one of the two options for the main entree for Lunch Fest. It was tasty but not sizable and I was not the biggest fan of the sauce that came with the duck confit. The Brown Butter Financier as the dessert was a nice light way to end the meal. The fries came with a mayonnaise sauce but there was nothing special with these fries. I loved the decor of this restaurant. Our server and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely blown. I just moved from Vancouver and was excited to find this gem! The staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable; the space is gorgeous and the food 🤩 wowwwww!!! We shared the tuna, beet salad and chicken. I tend to cheat on my allergies but our server modified the dairy on the side for me. Absolutely delicious 😋 thank you 🙏 we will be back! My photo shows how much we enjoyed our last dish.

The food was sooo good and they were very accommodating for gluten-free. It’s a nice space and the staff was friendly.

Everything from the food to the service here is fantastic! The eggplant fries are a MUST! The steak was also awesome and cooked perfectly rare, which is hard to get right. The only disappointment was perhaps the garlic bread, which didn't have much of a garlic taste at all. It was still good, but it didn't taste anything more than a regular fried pastry with cheese.

Our server was amazing and explained the menu with such great detail while being so friendly. It definitely made the experience that much more fun.

Will be back the next time I'm in Calgary!

This restaurant is consistently awesome. It’s always busy for great reason. The food is fantastic, the service impeccable, and the ambience is warm, elegant, comfortable and trendy. Pretty much all of the dishes are delightfully shareable which allows you to taste far more than you normally might. We’ve been here many, many times and I have yet to tire of it. It’s a real go-to when we have out of town friends visiting as well because it never lets us down. Oh, and I dream about the eggplant fries! (The last time I was there was just last week, but booked via another friend)

From appetizers to main courses - they’re all good and delicious. Their taste is not too plain like some Western places, but tasty enough for us to enjoy every single food. Besides that, drink menu is also variable and lots of options between alcohol or virgin drinks. Servers are definitely one of factors to keep their regular customers, they’re caring and professional at communication.
If you’re looking for some places for your night dates, you should check it out.
The minus point is just light not really ideal for taking pictures.

We made a reservation for a birthday happy hour with friends. Bridgette Bar had a birthday card waiting at our table, and it had been signed by the staff - such a simple but so appreciated gesture. Service was great, food was on point; we're looking forward to our next visit!

Love this place! Everything we tried was really good and the tastes and textures of every food was unique and so delicious. The calamari and shrimp pasta is a MUST! I have tried lamb in various restaurants but this was the first time that even though it was medium rare it did not taste like bloody meat and was actually really tender, juicy, and well cooked all at the same time.

The service was really good too and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very inviting and lively. Definitely recommend reserving in advance as it was busy. Since we had come here for a birthday dinner, there was a cute birthday card signed by the staff, which was a thoughtful touch. Will be back for sure.

Tasty drinks. Fancy cocktails. Modern but inviting atmosphere. We had drinks in the bar area followed by dinner on the patio. It was a great environment for catching up with folks.

We started with garlic bread and eggplant fries. These were delicious and I would order again. Really liked them.

I had the beet salad and octopus starter. Both would be great for sharing but also nice sizes to have as a meal if you are having two. I really enjoyed the beer salad. Very yummy! Other people at the table had the trout and the steak. Both looked yummy.

The cocktails were very nicely prepared. I loved the cloud nine but also had the espresso martini.
