TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

ATM ate my card and money which was unfortunate but I appreciate the way the staff handled it, I believe it was the manager as well as the teller that helped me efficiently, and with thoughtfulness. I received a new card right away and the exact money lost the next day.

Awesome customer service!!! I came in right before close around 8pm and saw 2 separate tellers. I was impressed on the level of customer service and friendliness even at the late hour before they closed. The security guard was even nice! I will be using this branch over Sunridge location from now on.

I have an appointment today. They have good service for customer. Vikas is very good person.He took my appointment. Also he provides good service. This branch always work well. I am very happy.

I booked an appointment with Nancy a few months back at this branch/location. I came with the intention of possibly opening a trade line ( l.o.c and/or credit card ). I was on the fence about it, very indecisive.

My appointment was 45-hour long, and during that time myself and Nancy spoke about a variety of options that seemed feasible to my situation.
In the end I was gracefully able to apply and receive my first TD credit Card .

The process was easy , she never once rushed me or made me feel inferior, she thoroughly explained the pros and cons, she took her time , she kindly reminded me and gave me recommendations as we went through everything.

Thank you Again Nancy for seeing me, thank you for your time, thank you for your recommendation and suggestions.

I will definitely refer this branch and I will definitely reference your services.

Having to deal with impatient people on a daily basis would be a struggle for anyone in the customer service industry. I have been using this branch and have always recieved quality customer service without fail. I have much more respect for the ladies behind the counter, doing the best they can, than I have for the people waiting in line who believe its all about them.

Best service ever I received we don’t have any appointment for opening a new account but Judith Sterling help us alot she manage her time and help us to open our account she tell us everything briefly and explain very well really liked her service and her behaviour was awesome Thank you so much Judith

I have been to approximately 5 TD branches in the last 3 months every single one of them I walked out because I wasn't getting the help I needed however I walk into this branch and they were excellent if the person that was helping me wasn't able to do it they always had somebody else behind them it was excellent service people

This branch has never put me down. I was at this branch recently to report unauthorized transaction on my account. Before I came Mr. Maveen had already figured everything out for us and was ready to file the case for us. Then, Miss Mackenzie was awesome when she instantly figured out and filed the case for me and I got my money back in a very short period of time. The service is absolutely awesome. The bad comments are perhaps about other branches or from competitors.
Correction: I meant to write this review for the Sunridge TD branch not this one.

This branch always amazed me! Who ever assisted me all the time that I visited always offers something to make my banking needs better and even helped my saved money. Tho the place is always busy, it will always satisfy your day to day banking needs.

dont write too many reviews but as so many negative comments here I will say that for the most part I have received excellent service here. Especially with the regular staff. I have done business banking here for over 7 years and have always been treated respectfully and with speedy efficeint service.
Only issue I had was with a newbie who wanted to hold a regular deposit but when I called the manager it was taken care off. Td telephone service also much better than scotia who I dealt with in the past

Excellent customer service! I was in TD on December 2nd and the lady whom helped me to do my banking at 3:28 pm, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Didn't catch her name (my bad), just needed to mention my wonderful experience. 👍

Popped into this branch on the 10th April as a walk-in because the Sunridge location was still closed at 08:30.

Mo was excellent and accommodating in helping my mom and I open bank accounts for refugees we’re sponsoring.

We had an 08:00 appointment to do so at the Sunridge branch which as was stated earlier was not open even by 08:30. One more reason why that particular branch (Sunridge) is completely incompetent.

Sukhpreet is the best officer I ever met in a financial institute. I had the best banking experience in this branch today. I required to do 17 bank drafts of different amounts today. Sukhpreet handled it in the most professional manner. I would like to give 10 star to Sukhpreet for her patience, attentiveness, knowledge and time management. Thanks to her Manager as well.

Me and my husband were helped by Farah Zaidi. She was very kind to accomodate us in her busy schedule when we were transferred from our branch. Not only that, she was very very helpful to sort out our messed up RRSPS. We Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We really appreciate all our efforts😊😊✨✨

Great service, helpful workers, easy going, things get done fast here, really like this bank and everyvisit get to like it more and more. I love the way they threat their clients and how organized they are, looks like I'm sticking with them for the rest of my life
