I made the mistake of not planning a birthday cake ahead of time for my wife’s birthday! Purple Yum saved my bacon. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I guarantee we will be stopping there again.

This is the second time in a row that we had Purple Yum make our cake for my son’s birthday every year and we were never disappointed. The taste is very palatable, not too sweet and overpowering. The best part is they can accommodate your request as to how exactly you want your theme to look on your cake for the occasion. Our family also has tried their assorted ensaymadas and sylvañas which again has superb taste. I am not a fan of sweets but we keep coming back! Worth my 54-minute drive (one way) from the SE going to the North. Thank you again, Miss Lali and Miss Josie!

If you’re wanting to try something new when it comes to cakes and pastries, look no further! Purple Yum is a unique gem that I found by accident. This bakery has an excellent price point and service to match. Everything I’ve tried thus far has been ridiculous tasty. I’m not much for fruit in my cakes but their signature mango delight is a must try. The Ube cake is also a great light choice with whipped cream and just the right amount of sweetness. And I love the Ube squares with cream cheese. But I think my favourite is the cashew pastry, which says a lot for the chocolate lover that I am. This is a really cool bakery ,they make a lot of their stuff with purple yams , it's owned by a Filipino Lady .
She is so sweet she gives me samples every time I'm in there and has a big smile on her face. it's always a pleasure buying healthy snacks from her . I have never purchased anything I didn't like and her prices are very reasonable. Go have some UBI cake today . You can thank me later. This is definitely my favorite place to go for treats.

We ordered an Ube cake for my son’s 3rd birthday. It was so neat and beautiful! The taste is so good and with the perfect amount of sweetness. It is tailored to Asian taste buds for sure. Compared to the custom cakes I got elsewhere in the past, not only the price is less than half, the taste is much much better! Everyone loved it. Grandparents asked for the bakery name so that they can order in the future too

The cakes here are simply delightful! I have had the ube macapuno cake, the ube cake, and the buko pandan cake over the past few years and they are all so delicious. I love that the cakes aren't too sweet or heavy feeling. The cakes are super high quality and such great value. Amazing service and kind people work here too.

Got the San Rival cake for my bday and it was a new experience for my family. They loved it! very different but wonderfully done. Will not hesitate to go there again!

A wonderful bakery with great people. I live a 5 min. walk from my home and look forward to see Josie and the gang to try something new. Brought my daughter-in-law here as a surprise for her birthday. She ordered a cake, ube buns and other treats. Her response today was " the reviews didn't lie". Which translates to this place is wonderful. Great customer service as well.

Came here to get a cake to celebrate my girlfriend's graduation and it was amazing!! Absolutely loved the Ube cake!! The flavour was amazing and everyone enjoyed it! The cake was simple and beautiful and reasonably priced. Didn't need to be overly extravagant and the Ube flavour was fantastic!! Would definitely come here again to order a cake and would highly recommend others to come here as well!!

The ube cake is amazing! Pretty, light, not too sweet, and the top has a hint of kaya (coconut spread), although it may be something else... Delicious!

I ordered a chocolate cake for Mothers Day, and I was woried because my wife is a great baker and very fussy. I shouldn't have worried, the cake was AMAZING! Moist, delicious, and not excessively sweet like most cakes you buy. We'll definitely be back again!

I absolutely love Purple Yum. My family gets treats 1-2 times a week. Having sweets from a different culture is great and they are so unbelievably delcious. They also did my Grad cake and it tasted and looked fantastic! It's my favourite bakery ever
