COBS Bread Bakery Country Hills

My favorite place to buy bread and other goods!
I have been visiting this bakery for years. Their bread is really good, wholegrain buns are excellent, and I have a few other sweets that I like buying here. I moved out of Calgary last year, but I'm still coming to this bakery once a month. I recommend this bakery to everyone who likes good and tasty bread.

I love there breads and pastries, always fresh and so good. I love sourdough bread and there’s is definitely flavourful. My wife loves there pumpernickel that they only bake, I think on Tuesday or Wednesday. Better to phone them to make sure.

The only place I buy bread. Fresh every day. The staff are awesome at this location as well, always happy to see you. Love stopping by.

The varieties of bread are awesomely delicious, and the sweets are great.

They used to have two types of chocolate scone, one was dryer than the other; last time I got some there was only one kind and was disappointing as well. People working there are kind and friendly. Love their grain loaf, just delicious. Everything is just so fresh. Gorgeous pastries and croissants; they're just missing some delicious Almond croissants :(

Great bakery with lovely staff - loved the Lemon Blueberry Scones. We will be back for more.

This is my favorite location in the Calgary north location. They always have my white sesame loaf since I can't digest whole wheat! Thank you!

Everytime I go into Cobs everyone is always very welcoming and helpful. They suggested I try the new half baked, bake at home sour dough buns and they were beyond delicious. So crispy outside and warm and tender inside. A must try!!!

The Country Hills location of Cobs Bread is by far the absolute BEST cobs in the city of Calgary and Airdire. They give fantastic customer service and treat you like you are important to them and they care about what you want. I will never go anywhere else for my bread and I will travel the extra distance to come to their location because of their awesome service and excellent bread. Simply the best in Calgary or Airdrie in my opinion. The woman who served me not only was kind and patient when I gave her a huge order to slice but she also helped me carry it out to my car. Whaaaat??? Who does that so cheerfully these days?? I was so grateful and impressed. Great staff and great products. They are the ONLY Cobs I know of that still makes raisin bread! So So good!

Absolutely delicious! I have been to other Cobbs and I'm sure they all use the same recipes, but my goodness this location's products are realllly good. The bagels; outstanding!, sourdough flax bread; amazing!, and the scones; sooo good! As well as super friendly and helpful service. This is a great place!

The staff are very professional and super helpful. The wide range of products and the consistently good taste are amazing. I enjoy going there and love the bread and pastries. The flax seed sourdough is top notch. Donating left overs each day is most commendable.

Favourite place on any morning for a fresh pastry and then across the lot for my tims coffee... the service team is awesome makes great recommendations and always offers special samples for my little guy

My fiancee and I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. We love the staff; we are always greeted with a "hello" and a smile when entering. We've never had an issue with the quality of baked goods--everything is always fresh and tasty. The staff are always willing to help you out and are incredibly patient. This is our go-to bakery of choice because it is close to us and the experience is always positive. My favourite bread Cobb's makes is the Sourdough Flax loaf; it's always tasty and great for sandwiches.

Best bets for delicious breads, teatimes/scones, breakfast pull-aparts and new mini flatbreads.

Love this local franchise in Coventry. The owners and staff are personable and kind. They are truly community based as they support many schools in the community, by donating 5% of your order to the school of your choice. They also donate gifts for school fundraisers. Last but not least, wholesome, well made yummy goodness to be had.

Very friendly staff, wonderful environment (which the reno just improved), and delicious goods. It's like a little family, I love going in, and the rewards card is great. It's one of the only locations that gives you stamps toward a free loaf when you buy scones. The only problem is the pricing (a little much), but you can expect that from most dedicated bakeries, I think, and this place's stuff is addictive and worth it

Great Clean Welcoming Atmosphere. Heer was Amazing She Helped us pick exactly what we were looking for. The Custard Buns are also very good.

Anna-Maria and her team are nothing short of amazing in their service. One always finds themeselves leaving their store a little happier. They are friendly, genuinely care - as is seen by them asking about your life and remembering details when you return the next time - and their products are first-rate.
Their team in the back works hard to ensure the pastries and breads are just right, while the front-end team provides excellence in their customer service.

Despite the fact that it's the only bakery in the area, COBS does a fantastic jobs. The staff are super friendly, allow you to take your time, and willing to provide reccomendations if you ask. All the baked goods (scones, cinnamon rolls, sour dough bread, croissants, etc.) that I have tried from here have been excellent. Would visit again.
