Very convenient to be able to book a parking spot online. After arrival back to Calgary and picking up our car, I have noticed that I was overcharged. I reached out to Customer Service next day and after I provided them with the reservation# and the proof of payment (overcharged). Next day they confirmed the mistake and told me that they will fix it.
Few days later, I was really pleased to find out that they refunded me the whole amount I paid instead of refunding only the overcharged portion of it. This is a fantastic Customer Service. Thank you!
