Park & Jet

We used Park&Jet for a 4 days, and had an outstanding service. It was simple and quick process for drop-off. We have 3 children, two car seats and you can imagine the hand full. On our way back the shuttle was waiting but there was not enough room for all of us so we had to wait for the next one. We thought it would be a 10-15 minute wait which isn’t much but with 3 kids it can be an eternity! However, it arrived a minute later after the other shuttle left. The shuttle takes you right in front of your parking spot, friendly service, easy instruction. We will be using their services again for sure!

Super easy to schedule everything online. Great service and very friendly. Helped with our bags (we had lots) and dropped us right at our car. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I think that Park & Jet deserves a solid and honest 5 star review. I have used them a couple times for my travels and it is worth the cost. Very easy system to use. I reserved a spot online and paid. I had a QR code to scan when I arrived and it told me what row to park at. The next bus driver pointed to where row 28 is. Park & Jet is fast and reliable as well as friendly with excellent customer service. I am a happy customer and will continue to use them each time I fly.

Excellent service! We pre-paid online and parked in the lot and the shuttle was there to pick us up. On the way back, we found the shuttle at the arrivals exit doors and got dropped off right at our vehicle. We have used this service a few times and love it, super convenient, and great value for your money.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and convenient, saving me valuable time. The parking facility itself secure, giving me peace of mind during my trip. Excellent service for a reasonable price. Now, as a senior needing more precise p/u drop off convenience, this is a perfect solution. I book it online ahead of time, scan my bar code on the way in, jump on the shuttle to and from and leave again with bar code. Simple, slick and my car is safe !! Thank you

Park and Jet provides an excellent service. Very well organized operation. Drivers are courteous and helpful. When you arrive, the driver puts your bags on the bus for you and when you depart the driver puts your bags outside for you. I have used this service on three separate occasions and I am very pleased. Fairs are reasonable. Highly recommended.

This is my first time using Park and Jet and the service was excellent. I loved that there was a customer service person at the entry to the lot and the fact that the bus picked me up and brought me back to my car. I will definitely use Park and Jet again. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I booked on-line, which I found to be very user friendly, excluding how to collect points and saved us a few dollars. It was very convenient to just have to scan the code and head to the designated row. The transport shuttle picked us up immediately and we were helped on with our bags. We were given a ticket that had our pick up spot for when we were returning. Upon our return a shuttle was waiting for us and we were taken directly to our parked vehicle. Shuttle drivers were efficient and very helpful. will definitely use this company again.

I've used park and jet on many occasions and I've had excellent service each time. I have never had to wait long for a shuttle either to take me to the airport or to bring me to my car. I always book in advance so I get a bit of a savings and I find the shuttle drivers are incredible. They help you with your luggage and are very customer service oriented. I would never park anywhere else.

Fantastic place to park and fly. I had an issue where I didn’t receive my QR code and my card was charged - systems issue but I called and was quickly helped.

After arriving, the shuttle was following me to pick me up and quickly got others as well. The process was quick and easy. The drop off was also seamless and the driver even helped me with my luggage’s.

I parked my car in the Park & Jet lot during my most recent trip and was very happy with the service and will definitely book again in the future.
The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I drove on the lot, to the fast shuttle bus that dropped us off at the exact doors we needed for departure.
Upon arrival, the bus stop was easy to find and a shuttle was waiting with lots of room available for my group and baggage.
The price was very reasonable and payment was easy at the gate, if you have any trouble the staff were there fast to help.

Driver was there to pick us up within seconds of parking our vehicle. Helped us put our luggage on and off the shuttle and dropped us off exactly where we needed to go. Once we got back from our trip we only waited a couple minutes and we were picked up and taken to our vehicle. Driver again helped with our luggage. Both drivers were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Was the cheapest parking area as well. Will definitely use again.

There was an issue between the pre-paid parking price and the final price on exiting the lot. This was resolved with speed, efficiency, and the personal touch of a phone call by the general manager. Very much appreciated. This is why I use Park and Jet; great price and they provide a quick solution to a problem. Overall, this was a great experience.

The prepay didn’t work, so I didn’t get a discount but when I was at the office the girl was very nice and understanding and she gave me the discount anyways and remembered my vehicle and me three weeks after I came back! Very good prompt service and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

It was a flawless experience. The best part was the many shuttles available. We barely had to wait. There was a long line and I had to wait for the third shuttle and it only took ten minutes or less. And the security was helpful when I couldn't figure the proper way to leave the lot.

I've used this facility many times over the past few years, and have never been disappointed with their service. I particularly like their online, pay-in-advance option, which eliminates the necessity of using a credit card on check-in. On our return from our last flight, Calgary was in the middle of a blizzard, and despite that, the agent came out immediately when I was trying to scan in my QR code on my (wet) paper reservation receipt. I will be using them again on my next trip, and I heartily recommend this parking service for anyone who requires a consistent, value-priced, and reliable service.

Great service. Easy check in online. i Had trouble with my electric vehicle plug in and hadnt inserted the charger cable correctly. I called the office from overseas for help. The on site team went over to the car and replugged it in for me quickly. Very happy with the support

Recently we used Park and Jet in Calgary for our 10 day cruise, I'm not sure why but our car wouldn't start when we got back, the staff at P&J went way above my expectations, to help us get going, the customer service (which is non existent anymore) was such a pleasant and welcome surprise, I would and will share our positive experience with P&J with any and all, that are in need of parking at the airport, no need for us to go elsewhere, we were at the best place. Thank you so much for all you did, to help us, we will be back

Excellent service! Convenient in every way! When I tried to pre-book online (which would give me a discounted rate) it didn't work, so I phoned to report that. The attendant actually answered the phone right away (so rare these days!) and explained what to do next day when I came in to park so that the discount would be applied when I was ready to exit the lot. On exit, although very late at night, there was an attendant still on site who made sure the discount was honored. Very reassuring to deal with real, live, pleasant people!! Thank you, Park & Jet!
