The shuttle was clean and comfortable with an outlet at the seat (not sure if they’re at every seat but I had one) and climate control above each seat like on an airplane. The driver was kind, loaded our bags for us, and drove safely. When I had a question, Customer Service responded promptly and was helpful. Would recommend!

Saved our trip! After being denied a pre-booked rental we were stranded at the Calgary airport. I found out about Airporter and booked as quick as I could online. Once I found the physical desk the attendant was a breath of fresh air, he even moved our booking up to the next available shuttle (which wasn't an option online at the time due to being so close)
They tagged our bags, gave us plenty of warning when we would be leaving, the driver was polite and professional. Drove safely and dropped us off in Canmore. Looking forward to our ride back to the airport 😊

Conveniently located, easy to book, and on my last trip into Calgary the driver went out of his way to make sure my colleague and I made our scheduled bus. Fully recommend!

Used the transport service for the first time going from Calgary airport to Banff.

I had booked and pre-paid online, on their website. Easy and correct.

Arrived on time and located the front desk "in the left wing" of the arrival hall.

Really helpful at the desk, and they "checked in" my luggage immediately. The bus was on time. The driver was very professional, describedthe journey and eta. The mini-bus felt new and was very comfortable.

The bus stopped right outside of my hotel in Banff, the Ptarmigan.

The ticket price is ok. Its convenient and especially when you fly in from Europe you just want to get as quickly as possible to the hotel.

Both drivers were very safe on the road. On the way to Banff and back. Pick up was on time. The van is comfortable. Highly recommend if you don't want to rent a car and get to Banff safely.

We needed a transfer from Banff to Calgary for 4 people plus luggage at the end of our recent holiday in Canada.
After some online research, we chose Banff Airporter and (with some trepidation) pre-booked and paid 2 weeks before we travelled.
On the day of travel, James, our driver, arrived 10 minutes early and got us loaded and settled in a comfortable minibus. After a very pleasant, smooth and stress-free journey, we arrived at the correct departure area ahead of schedule.
We definitely recommend Banff Airporter.

Used the service to travel to Banff and back. Service was excellent. Smaller coaches which is nice. Very comfortable with copious charging points so everything you’d want is provided for. Was driven by Kevin on both legs of my trip. Excellent driver, communicative and professional with excellent attention to detail E.g., temperature on the coach etc. can’t fault the service at all. Would 100% use again and recommend to others.

Have used Banff Airporter numerous times over the years for work. However this is the first time I’ve traveled for personal with them, and I was travelling solo with my baby. The service, safety and punctuality was top notch as usual. But what really impressed me was that they saw the age of my child on my reservation and proactively contacted me to see if I required a car seat so that it would be organized prior to my departure. I continue to be impressed with their professionalism, and I highly recommend Banff Airporter to anyone traveling from Calgary Airport to Canmore and Banff.

Great way to get from the Calgary Airport to Banff! Their check-in location was very easy to find, located inside between door 5 and 6 on the domestic arrival level. Staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. When we arrived, they took our luggage and placed them in the shuttle for us. The shuttle was very clean, with each seat being able to recline and having their own chargers nearby. It took us about 1.5-2 hours to get from Calgary to Banff.

I used this service while traveling for a conference recently. The staff was very nice, the bus was clean and smaller than I thought (the one I was in sat 24 guests). There are no bathrooms or wifi aboard which was fine for me. The view during the drive is beautiful.

It was easy to book and if your plane is late, you can take the next bus that has space on it.

I would recommend booking ahead of time as the bus was full on both my trips during the off season (beginning of May).

The temperature control seemed a little inconsistent so make sure you have layers you can remove/put on easily.

Ben, our driver, was very courteous and was a good driver. We arrived on Banff in about an 1 hour and 45 minutes. We were offered water and the views were breathtaking. I suggest sitting on the right side of the shuttle for optimal view although, the view is great from either side.

Lots of times on schedule. Easy to book and find at airport. Staff in office and driver Kevin very courteous and friendly. Prompt. Easy to communicate. Bus clean and very comfy. Would definitely take again. I highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team accommodated two flight delays and one cancellation all in one day. Friendly, professional and thoughtful driver Nader made the trip home easy, supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I was on this shuttle service from Banff to Calgary and I just wanted to pass along my compliments to the driver (Nader). During this trip, Nader made a sincere effort to greet everyone with a smile and hustled to help every passenger with their luggage.
In addition to the above Nader unfortunately had to deal with a broken rear luggage door and a unplanned snowstorm. The above two issues caused a serious delay but Nader remained calm and cool as he worked through the two issues.
Nader continuously updated all passengers and was extremely patient with everyone while being in a high stress situation.

Banff Airporter is the best transportation service to Banff and the Calgary airport, I missed my shuttle due to a flight delay and there no hesitation on rebooking me on the next available bus, at no extra cost. Not to mention the amazing and accommodating staff!

Booked the Banff Airporter in 2018 to travel from Banff to YYC. The rate was affordable and the the shuttle picked us up right outside our hotel. Very convenient!

We took a shuttle bus from Banff to Calgary... Our driver James was on time, respectful, and kind. The seats were very comfortable and it's worth taking this shared shuttle if you ever stay in Banff!! Plenty of leg room and great AC !

Had the opportunity to use the Banff Airporter for a weekend trip to Banff. Modern and immaculately clean buses, friendly driver, and a relaxing trip into the mountains.
I would gladly use their services again!

I had a horrible start to my trip,
Not being able to leave my cat in my apartment due to Reno’s, my suitcase breaking upon checkin, and me messing up my booking for the Banff airporter among a few other issues.
I was laughing by the point I realized with how badly things were going.

Thankfully walking up to the desk was the start to things looking up, the lady was so nice and fixed everything for me, and I relayed my struggles to her and she gave me probably the best customer service I’ve had ever.
And the driver was great as well, he drove me to Banff and back I believe his name was Gerald. Safe and friendly driver made the effort to ask me how my trip was and everything.
This whole service brightened my day!
