Interesting monument in downtown Quebec City. I’m not quite sure what this pays homage to. French Americans? Hmmm. In any case it’s a nice small green space to enjoy a moment with your lunch or coffee or to make a rest stop from all your touring of beautiful Quebec City! 👍😎
