We were on vacation out west when discussion of adding a new vehicle came up. With some time on our hands we searched online with a specific vehicle in mind.(Volvo V60 CC) With an inquiry to the Dealership we were contacted that same evening by Jenny (to my surprise given it was after hours). Jenny was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable to our several requests (with replies by phone, email and text regardless whether during office hours or after) and within a matter of days we had secured our new ‘pre-owned’ vehicle. Knowing that we would not be returning to Ontario for a couple of weeks, she arranged her schedule to meet ours and came in on her day off to meet with us, go over any last minute details and see us drive away with our new Volvo. Over the years, we've either bought or leased five Volvos, and our recent experience at Volvo Villa stands out as the best yet. We found the ideal XC90 for our family there. Jenny assisted us in finalizing the deal, impressing us with her prompt responses, respectfulness, patience, and supportive guidance throughout the process. The individual who introduced us to the car's features was also exceptional (though I regret I can't recall his name). His expertise in the car's and infotainment system's functionalities was evident, and he provided valuable tips on maximizing the Recharge features.
