Just returned from Ashley's in New Sudbury and must say we had a wonderful shopping experience. Carolyn Allard was such a big help to us. She took her time and explained everything we needed to know. She is very well informed on their products and fabrics. Helped us in every way possible. She is a great asset to Ashley's Furniture. She went that extra mile and then some. Thank you so much Carolyn.

We bought a beautiful dining set…unfortunately the leaf inside the table was broken when we set it up. I notified the store, they put me in contact with the service manager Diane who was fantastic and within 3 days they brought me a new table, picked up the broken one, as well as all the cardboard/garbage & delivered two more chairs that I added to the order. From the sales lady Caroline, Diane the service manager to the two delivery men absolutely flawless customer service!!! Highly recommend! When it’s time to change the living room furniture I know where I will be shopping!

We have had many couches from many different stores. Always end up disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Ashley HomeStore is exceptional! You will not be disappointed! I'd leave 10 stars if it was an option.
Don't waste your time and money on important furniture that you plan on having for years! Shop at Ashley!

Amazing service! I have purchased a sectional during the pandemic and had the pleasure of having Airlei McAvoy help me. She went beyond my expectations with her service that I have returned to this location anytime I am looking for something! Recently went in with a friend who was looking for living room furniture. Airlei again went out of her way to ensure she found exactly why we were looking for! We returned a few times as we wanted to ensure this was exactly what we wanted and each time we were met by this sales person with a huge smile!! The entire team including the manager and the delivery team are amazing!! I would highly recommend this store and sales person!!!!

Love everything about this store, the staff and service excellent. Also love our Dunwell power reclining sofa. The only issue is possible offgasing? Have there been issues with other customers? As soon as it was delivered, my nose started dripping and my eyes are burning. I am constantly blowing my nose and it's only relieved by taking medication or when out of the house. Hope the offgasing stops soon.

love my new recliner with all the remote features,..very nessecary for my disability...and was on sale!!!! tnx...bin buying at same store since yollies,...always good service ,great products and good prices..after 30 yrs, my corian stone top table like new...

I want to share that I had an amazing experience. Dustin rocks the bow tie and is spectacular. Very kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Quick to action items and has a positive outlook. You can see the team work within the organization and very family orientated workplace. Pricing and workplace culture outstanding! Keep up the great work team!

We would love to recommend Ashley Furniture Store on Barry Down Rd. in Sudbury Ontario. My husband and I went shopping to Ashley to buy a Sofa and Chair, I must say we met Shawn a sale person that worked there He had to be the most welcoming person that we ever met...what a nice gentlemen, he was patient, nice smile and very informative. It was a pleasure, we had some laughs and we walked out of the store saying "what a nice guy and so friendly"...It was worth the drive from Sturgeon Falls...Thank You Shawn...Greg and Diane...Will be back!!!

After waiting almost 2 years for a couch from Leon's, I was finally able to get my money back and went to Ashley's and the service was top notch. Airlei was very helpful and I was able to get a new sofa delivered quickly. Will only deal with Ashley's from now on.

My father moved into a retirement home at short notice and as we all know, there is a 2-5 month wait for many furniture/appliance during these difficult times. Ashley's Furniture on Barrydowne not only had many options in stock but went above and beyond to accomodate our short timeline. The warehouse wasn't able to accommodate our one day notice but sent our purchase to the store so we didn't have far to travel and when the original couch we'd selected was too big to get through the door, Dustin, our sales rep, went above and beyond. Equipped with superior emotional intelligence, Dustin matched my sense of urgency and we had a new couch within an hour!! Thank you to Diane in the warehouse, Dustin and the young men who wrapped and loaded our purchases.

I just purchased a brand new mattress Sept. 11/2021 and the customer service that I received was the best I have ever been given bar none. My sales representative Airlei was excellent. I had bought a new mattress only less then a year before so I was very cautious and had lots of anxiety from that nightmare. I must say Airlei was peppered with questions from me because I wanted this mattress purchase to be what I was looking for which was a mattress that was comfortable, that would last me from 7-10yrs. and not a repeat of my last new mattress purchase. She had the answers and if she didn't know the answer the question she told me she would be right back with the answers. She got back to me promptly (Ran). I not only received some special Discounts, I also received a free gift set of Queen size bed sheets, pillow cases and two new pillows to go with it. I was told I will have my new mattress in 4-6 weeks. I know there comes a time when we have to pay for a big ticket item because it's a necessity. All I hope to get in return is what I am looking for and the help to find it. Then being able to walk away with no "Buyer's Remorse". At Ashley's I got that and a very large dose of "Customer Satisfaction" that is many times hard to get from similar stores in the Home Furnishing Business. When my mattress arrives I will be sure to let you know all about it....so far, so good. :)
In closing I would like to say that with Christmas coming and I know it will be here before you know it I am thinking of buying myself a new Rocker Recliner as a Christmas gift to myself..lol. I am sure Santa has been to the Ashley HomeStore many times before. Just another Satisfied customer from a store where, "Customer Satisfaction" is their number one priority above anything else! I am very grateful.

After the experience I had at Leon's, shopping at Ashley's was very refreshing. The staff was not pushy, they introduced themselves and came to check from time to time. I couldn't have asked for better service. Found exactly what I was looking for in a living room set. Our salesperson went out of her way to help. I was completely ignored at Leon's for almost 30 minutes and when I finally got someone to come over, he left to take a phone call and never returned. I didn't find the prices were that much different between Leon's and Ashley's. The Brick, anything that is on sale or clearance is damaged (and they don't like it when you check out the floor items thoroughly).
Would definitely recommend Ashley's.
