I stopped in and found a very friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent selection of fasteners. (I was looking for 1 3/4" deck screws and couldn't find them at a couple other places that I looked.) Only a minute or so off the highway.

It was always nice going there. It's my favorite store.

They have pretty much everything! I am always surprised of what they have on hand. Staff are super helpful. There is also an outdoor power centre for servicing your outdoor equipment. I always have them pick up my tractor for service twice a year.

I was told to expect exceptional customer service and was not disappointed! Special thanks to Krista for her friendly and knowledgeable assistance! She asked all the right questions and offered creative solutions when one of the parts I needed last minute wasn't available. Also super impressed with the quick turn-around time given my order was placed right before a long weekend in a pandemic. Call them directly to speak to contractor services! Top notch hardware store, 10/10

Elizabeth in the outdoor powertools knows her stuff!!! She has great knowledge and educated us today. She resolved the problem we were having in no time. A huge thank you to her......we will definitely be back to do more business.

These guys were great! I needed materials for a deck and with all the stuff going on with covid these days, it was a simple call to tell them what I needed and pay for the order. Pulled up to the shop, received the paperwork and they loaded up all my materials for me. Couldn't have made it any easier to get what I needed and get it done fast. Amazing service!

Always helpful staff. Its my goto place for everything I need for the cottage. If you're not sure how to fix something, just go and ask. You'll leave with everything you need including instructions on how to do the work. They can also refer you to local contractors if you need help.

Always a good experience here! They tell you that if you have ordered too much not to worry as you can always return what you don't need!

In terms of customer service, this may actually be the best business I have ever dealt with period.

Perfect hardware store for cottage country. Got literally everything you need and then some. If something's not on the shelf ask the staff and they'll either check their inventory or can get it ordered in for you. I once bought a defective item and they exchanged it for me on the spot, no questions asked. Located right in Apsley close to everything else.
