This Pizza Hut has been sustaining me for 5 years. I love them so much!

After going to the Pizza Hut on west saanich and having 0 sauce on my wings, I didn’t think I would ever go back to Pizza Hut again. But I decided to come try this location out and they had my order ready in 10 minutes, not to mention my wings were soaked in sauce, that’s what I like!! Respect to this Pizza Hut for living up to customer standards.

I've dealt with every pizza hut in town, and this one is consistently the best in town. While the others are notorious for over or under cooking pizzas, Shelbourne is great.

Toppings are always loaded on and evenly placed, cheese is quite liberal, and the management and staff are awesome. They're always super friendly and accommodating, and their drivers are always quick and consistent, and always have a smile on their faces.

Great place Chris is the type of worker to always make things right. Had an exceptionally great experience. Truly amazing when you get a pizza that looks better than the pictures on the menu. Customer service at it's best keep up the great work.

Easy to order online for delivery or pick up. Staff great as they do so well for how busy they get with walk ins, phone and online ordering. Decent deals are always to be had if you look for them. If you live in area it is easy to online order then pretty much get into your car to go and pick up. They send you a time on when your order will be ready
