I usually shop at Thrifty, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked through the doors, The layout of the store is thoughtful, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for.

What sets Thrifty apart is the incredible variety and quality of products. From fresh produce to household essentials, the shelves are stocked with a diverse range of items. Its my go to shopping for groceries and vegetables

Always 5* as the customer service is great and the selection of Plant Based meats is on point! Including The Very Good Butchers made locally here on the island!

Large, bright clean place. Several things on good sales.

The fresh fruit whipped cream cake is the best. ONLY this location can make the cake right - soft, moist, and tasty.

Really well kept grocery. Great meat department. Everything is displayed so nicely throughout the store. They have a good selection. Two of the cashiers were noticeably distressed, but I blame what seems to be a severe under staffing (common in this pandemic) some problematic customers, and less than enthusiastic management. If we are just scoring based on how well kempt the store is and their prices and selection, five stars.

We ordered a couple of trays for a family get together. I did not realize that they needed to be ordered 48 hours in advance and had allowed 24 hours.Contacted Shelby at the Thrifty's Tuscany. She really came through ! Customer service on the phone was excellent.
Plus the cheese and sandwich trays were really well presented and great quality. I'll be back again.

We have very recently moved to this neighborhood from the mainland.
Thriftys still gives us the "warm fuzzys" as it did almost thirty years ago, at a different location of course.
Friendly helpful staff, good selection of product in a cozy atmosphere. no wonder a weekly visit to thriftys was our date night! Note to Thriftys, keep up the great work and service you provide to the local community.

Love the store but hate the upper parking. Remember there is a lower section of parking which is never full. Store itself is always clean and staff are friendly. I will always buy my Christmas Turkey here as they have a great sale which makes them affordable.Prices are rather high so we don't always shop here.

I find this store very friendly and helpful. It is clean. They have a very good selection of fresh vegetables and fruit. My favourite place to purchase them. Love the fact that they make pizza's there. Give your order and 15 min later you can pick it up.

Great selection. Regular prices are at the high end for most regular grocery chains, but have good sales sometimes with dollar days and bogo. Depending on the store, you may run into issues with stock, particularly onsale items. Always willing to do rainchecks though. Probably has the most consistently attractive and nice staff.

This Thrifty's has great customer service and food quality, but some items like orange juice are a bit more expensive than other stores. Big plus: they will let you return your bottles while you check out at the cashier (are you listening Save-On-Foods and Walmart?). Very nice and big store.

Picked up a sushi special , then spotted an on sale pork loin then Portuguese buns for pulled pork base .
Friendly staff, clean store and safe pkg lot (on an icy day) was really appreciated...

Very nice location on the mekenzie street have food dine in and take away hot plates full selection of grocessiers easy access to buses and very good place for parking contact with customers is less that is the only problem I have seen. Overall satisfactory serving

My favorite place to shop for groceries in Victoria. Store is always clean, bright, and well stocked. Has a good choice of specialty food and a deli with deli meat, soups meat pies, and sushi. Pricing is competitive and they offer Air Miles.

I wish we had a Thrifty Foods in the Okanagan. They are well-designed and aesthetically pleasing stores. They have pretty much everything you could want. Friendly staff. A little insane over Christmas but still a place worth going

Our main go-to grocery store. The produce is much fresher than some of the other nearby stores, so the slightly higher price is worth it. The staff are helpful and kind - makes for a nice shopping experience!

Staff is so helpful!!!😃. Today I was just going to quickly get some things I needed but once I was holding some of the items I realized I'd need a cart. The person at customer service was so nice and went to the entrance and got a cart for me! Thank you so much!

Thrifty's combines a nice shopping experience with decent prices. As a student, it provides both ingredients to make meals at home as well as pre-made meals including salads, pasta dishes, soups etc. for when you're busy schedule doesn't leave you time to make dinner
