Every minute that I called this location and spoke to Albert I got all the questions I needed answered. You would spend hours with me and then he would call back if I'm request as well. Amazing center! Great help. Made my trip enjoyable. Perfect resource for anyone that's looking for good information to get in and around Quebec City. I cannot emphasize enough how much patience he had to help me with all my questions and needs. He went above and beyond. I would give him a raise!!! Thank you Albert for making our stay amazing!! Great place to get detailed tourism information and the staff is very friendly. Took the walking tour and it was amazing.

Very nicely organized place. This is the place you go to for any information regarding tourism. They even had one of the tour guide company which has 3 tours to offer. I personally will be driving a scooter just because it feels more lively to me. All the information about scooter, tours they have. They even have maps of the area and maps of the island and waterfall. Q

SO helpful!! This is the best tourist information center ever! People are very nice and helpful. It ticket system, when you get there, you get ticket then your number will be called and talk to the staff at counter. you don't wait much. Moreover, there is a forein exchange place inside of the same floor. The gentleman is SO stylish and handsome you don't wanna miss him. ;)

English and French speaking and my guess other languages as well. They helped me and my wife to find good bicycle paths around town and surrounding areas. Another services like money exchange and public restrooms makes you feel quite welcome in this town! Thank you for help!

We happened upon the Centre Infotouriste by accident after arriving in Quebec City and were so glad we did. The associate who welcomed us was very helpful. He gave us a map of the city with notes he added while giving us an overview of the walkable attractions and points of interest. He recommended several good restaurants, bars, and tap rooms. I highly recommend you stop here when you visit Quebec!

We booked the historical tour through quebec. Our Guide Francis (English pronounced of course ;-)) was very funny and also had a huge knowledge about the history. So the Tour was very good and i would recommend everyone to do it.

Perfectly located, well organized information center. There are general information assistants from the city to the right as you walk in. They provide unbiased information on everything in the city and surrounding area. To the left are the specific tour group representatives available to sell you tickets for any of the local tours. In the back are flyers organized by activity. Downstairs are free clean bathrooms. Most tours meet in front of this building and there is free WiFi while you wait.

Staff are helpful and ready to answer all questions regarding the old city. Highly recommend to those first comers to gain a brief information on the city. Location is great, almost near all must visit places in this unesco historic cite.

We took the walking tour yesterday guided by Mrs. Jocelyne Belleau, who is excellent in talking the city's history, culture, architecture, mural and local cuisine. It's a perfect way to start your visit if it's your 1st time being here. She showed us many 'hidden places' and talked about their history, including a Catholic chapel, an elementary school and architect institute. She answered questions and took care of the group to cross the streets. The tour is scheduled for 2 hours, but she gave us extra 15 minutes. The tour is quite worth the money (US$21).

A very helpful greeter met us as we came through the door when the centre opened at 9 a m. on a Friday and offered us a map and guidebook!

Very helpful staff, money exchange, and clean public restrooms. It was also a nice place to get inside out of the cold for a little bit. There are lots of pamphlets with information on various businesses and tours in Quebec.

My trip was made by the useful insights and and enthusiasm of the crew here! I’ve never met anybody so passionate about their city as this team, it was fantastic to interact and get their local insight on where to go! For anyone going to Quebec, make this your first stop!

I went here twice, they have a great system of helping people in the order they came in. The building is right in the middle of everything which is perfect. Lots of maps and the counter staff was great.
