After a car accident, I was having difficulties walking because of a knee injury. I also had mild whiplash. Both were treated by Yvres, my physiotherapist, and Lisa, my kinesiologist. I couldn't have asked for better skilled, more knowledgeable and kind therapists. Emily, out front was always helpful and accommodating. I have, and do, recommend this Lifemark Clinic most highly. I am finished therapy and am fitter than ever thanks to their programs and help!

I booked an appointment with Lifemark because I had some bad lower back pain, that just wasn't going away on it's own. My appointment was booked with Connie, one of their massage therapist. She was super funny, super nice, and absolutely super good at her job. The Steven that walked in there compared to the Steven that walked out was night and day. I highly recommend Lifemark, and Connie. Thank again, Connie!

I was treated at Lifemark physiotherapy for a span of 3 months after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. My experience there could not have been any better. Jillian at the desk was very accommodating at working with my schedule to book me in when it was most convenient for me
I was treated by Yves, I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional yet still very friendly and easy to talk to. Vishoy the kinesiologist was also very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had.
Overall a great environment and awesome staff :)

I have seen Yves for physio. He is knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. I also see Bailey for massage. She is amazing and thorough. Front staff are very accommodating and friendly. I have had great results with my therapy. I highly recommend this clinic and its employees for any/all of your therapy needs.

My back was locked up due to scoliosis and muscle strain. Have been seeing Bailey for massage therapy, she has worked out my back! No more pain, amazing service as well. They also do direct billing if your plan allows it. Highly recommend

Service here is great, right from the warm welcome at the door. Physiotherapist Joni Snair genuinely cares for and about her clients. She used several appropriate exercises to help my back issue, recommended some I should use at home, while being careful not to overdo them. Joni gave me non-adhesive electrodes for my TENS device to avoid the allergic response I was experiencing. When it became clear I would not benefit further from twice weekly treatment, she suggested I discontinue or reduce my appointments to monthly.
In response to my mentioning a recent incident unrelated to physiotherapy, Joni even measured my blood pressure and suggested I continue to monitor it until I can see my GP. Talk about going above and beyond duty to care for her patient!

Well where do I start? It was the first time I was in a car accident and I was unsure about getting physiotherapy. I walked into the clinic and was welcomed by great staff who over the course of a couple months have come to respect for their competence, integrity and professionalism. The commitment to my recovery, allowed me to be successful and improve on my well-being. Each session with Jessica was productive and results-orientated. Your knowledge and expectations provided me with so much insight to recovery and maintaining a healthy body. Thank you so much for what you have done. Kayle, you made my experience at your clinic enjoyable and easy. Having direct contact with insurance representatives for billings and clarifications, made this experience a much more enjoyable one. You are always genuine and approachable to welcome people as they enter the clinic. You were amazing.

This clinic is awesome! My first time ever needing physio, I’m so glad I came here. The staff genuinely care about you, your well being and really wanna help you get back to your normal life. I’ve been going there for a month or so now for a back injury, and the treatment has been very helpful, as well as the advice from the staff about continuing to work with the injury. The care plans/exercises are great and personally planned with you at your pace to ensure you get well the fastest and best way possible.

Just wanna say thank you to everybody I’ve met in there and has helped me a great deal! Kale, Jessica and Venessa, your all amazing!

I was in a MVA with a neck injury. Front counter was always personable and welcomed me in each day, thank you Allie for the laughs (yes this is Shelly.. lol). Yves is the man. Knowledgeable and communicates it well. He used different strategies to help speed up my recovery and got me feeling great again. No more neck pain. Thanks guys, would recommend 👌

After a series of unfortunate events that included a motor vehicle accident totaling my SUV, I was injured & required ongoing physio treatment. I was referred to the Millcove Lifemark in Bedford and to lead physiotherapist, Yves Cormier. Not only was I in a lot of physical pain, but the accident itself created a lot of residual stress. I am no stranger to physio-related treatments as I also have a TMJ disorder, and I would say from the beginning Yves has been absolutely phenomenal in both his technical skills & depth of knowledge as a PT. His overall client service orientation, treatment and care to me has had all the impact on how I have been able to recover and move forward.

Alongside Yves, I also worked with the Kinesiologist, Bishoy, who has worked jointly on my care program and been equally attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The admin management girls, notably Jillian & Ally, are super organized, proactive and always willing to be flexible with me on my appointments if it comes up. This is a superb & collaborative team and I will continue to go to this location.

Kale, Sam and Connie have been instrumental in getting me back on track after my accident in November. The team at this location is so friendly, warm, and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anybody!

I have been going to Lifemark Millcove for about 3 months now following a car accident. During such a stressful time I can't think of any other clinic that would take such good care of their clients as these people do. From the moment you walk in Kale greets you at the desk with a smile every time. Sam the physiotherapist has helped me with concussion symptoms with exercises I have found to help and is such a patient and helpful person. I also went to Connie for massage therapy. The massage was great I left feeling a lot better and you can tell she is passionate about her work . It is all around a very welcoming warm environment , the kind of place you want to be when your dealing with these kind of situations! Thanks guys :)
