I was experiencing pain in my foot that was getting progressively worse and had already seen three health care professionals to address the issue with no resolve. After two treatments by Mark at Key my pain is completely gone because he understood the issue well and knew exactly what to do. I only wish I had gone sooner. Where do I start? I’ve seen Mark and his staff numerous times over the years for a multitude of injuries and issues, and each time, regardless of how big or small the issue is, I’m treated with professionalism, kindness and know I’m always going to feel better. They use a wide sort of therapies but ensure your treatment is right for you. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Mark, Kayleigh, Ryan, Christine and even Nikki with Body N Sole Orthopaedic. My class instructor at GoodLife recommended I go see Mark at Key Physio for help with my planter fasciitis. He was kind, straight forward, experienced and knowledgeable. The shockwave therapy and laser fixed my problem. Mark was also extremely helpful on educating me on proper footware and arch supports. Overall, the Key Physio team were professional, flexible, cared about my recovery and went above and beyond my expectations.

I went to Key/Mark for frozen shoulder. My pain was controlled quickly and my range of motion came back much quicker than expected. Mark and his team are adaptive in their approach. They have a patient first policy and seem to really consider what the patient thinks. I was not very optimistic my should would ever be better. Mark was referred to me by a running friend. They had great results with Shockwave Therapy for their plantar fasciitis. I have been struggling with tight Achilles tendons and sore knee after jogging, and was getting frustrated with having to take time off to rest my tendons, not to mention the reversal in progress. Mark is excellent, professional and efficient! With Shockwave, I have been able to keep jogging, and he diagnosed my knee (runner's knee) and gave me some helpful exercises to incorporate in my strength training. The whole team at Key from Kayleigh at the front desk, to Mark, Christine and Ryan, are friendly, knowledgeable and provide great service and evidence based practice!

From the time I entered the door, Kayleigh was pleasant and friendly, other folks there directed me to my room and I was met by Mark, who did what he had to do! Mark and his team have treated me for two separate injuries so far. I've never had much luck in the past with Physio, and always found myself being loaded up with exercises that only made my pain worse. Mark’s method of treating my pain first before focusing on strengthening has had a hugely positive effect on how I view Physio. I feel confident knowing my health is in good hands now.

A co-worker highly recommended them to me and after going there for the first time I understood why. Mark explains everything about your injury and makes sure you have a chance to ask him any questions, Kayleigh goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome when you first walk in and during your whole time going there and Lidia, the massage therapist, is just amazing.
And the best part is that they just want to help you get better, NOT line their pockets with your insurance money. I can’t say enough good things about them.
And now, whenever someone mentions needing physio I’m the one highly recommending Key Physiotherapy.

My go to for Physio! Started with my daughter upon recommendation for Volleyball injuries. Now recently I'm a patient too! Mark is awesome! Knowledgable and always makes you feel comfortable.
